K&J Orlando, Blue Heron, is located less than 10 minutes away from the gates of Disney. The space has been updated with new furniture, lighting, and appliances. You will love the floor to ceiling views of Lake Bryan and the modern decor. The resort itself features a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, game room, weight room, and kiddie pool. Its also has a beautiful boardwalk where you can experience the stunning natural beauty of the marsh at the edge of the lake. We hope you will visit soon!

DAUGHTERS WEDDING

I have a rental with VRBO and I was just as satisfied with with my Orlando rental. Very clean, very well stocked, very clean, beautiful view of the lake. Nice having a food stand at the pool.

Blue Heron

Only negative was the traffic on 535. There is an entry ramp to I-4 and that backs up. No way to get anywhere quickly.

Great Location and View

We were in Orlando for volleyball nationals and the location was perfect. We could take back roads to the convention center and never hit traffic. It was nice to open the shades and look at the lake and/or sit on the patio in the evenings because we got the morning sun. The fitness center on the property is a little smaller than anticipated. Many people may not want to workout on vacation but we weren’t there for vacation but made do with what was available.

Why they chose this property

We love this property because it is so close to Disney and has a view that is stunning. It also provided Jerome with his first opportunity to fully furnish and decorate a vacation rental all on his own. How do you think I did?

What makes this property unique

The view is priceless. The boardwalk area along the lake is absolutely beautiful. The heated resort pool is wonderful. The front desk service is amazing. Its hard to stay any closer to Disney without being on the property. Between the King size bed, the bunk beds, and the pull out sofa, we can sleep 6 comfortably.
