Great Stay

The stay was great. We enjoyed our stay and liked looking at the son over the late. It made for great picture taking. The amenities were everything that we needed.

Place was exactly as shown. Musty smell when we 1st walked in. But that cleared up later that night. Located close to everything. It was pretty perfect for my wife and I. Barely any communication from owner. Of course I received notice of payment due. But when I asked if they had any restaurant or golf course recommendations, all I received was a generic check in instruction reply with address and WiFi info. We figured it out ourselves. Disney Springs is 5 minutes away and we were there every night. Overall, a great vacation for us.

The owners need to update their pictures. The patio furniture was not only different, but falling apart. There is no rug in the living room, and in place of the orange bar stools shown in the pictures there were three very cheap plastic backless ones. In the master bedroom, the bedspread was not the same, looked and felt dirty as did the curtains in that bedroom. Condo had a moldy damp smell to it. Bathroom towels were very thin. On the positive side, location was great, check in was very easy, and it was clean.

Tranquility with beautiful views.

Relaxing, comfortable atmosphere with great views. Stand right outside your door and watch the Disney fireworks. Nice location with great hosts.

Youth sports

Communication with the host was easy, check in was easy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for what we needed it for. Property is also clean, great pool. Parking late at night was a challenge, and getting out of complex due to traffic also a challenge. Blinds or a shade on the bedroom window for more privacy would be appreciated. We have been to this property before and serves our needs. Thank you!

Perfect sport to visit all theme parks

This was a great place to stay to visit Universal and Disney furniture was comfortable. We slept great. The entire condo was clean. Loved having a washer and dryer handy. Starbucks is very close and a great place to catch an Uber to your park of choice.

Loved it!!!

We were down for the VMX conference at the OCCC and this location was perfect for commute. The condo was clean with a great view from the balcony and had great amenities. Definitely keeping this condo in mind for next year's conference.

Excellent gem, close to Disney!

We usually stay on-site when visiting Disney so thought it might be a good idea to stay off-site this time and we are glad we did! The unit has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay (don't forget to bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner and facial tissues as those are not provided). We ended up delaying our visit to Epcot on the last day just to relax and enjoy the fabulous pool and hot tub, well worth booking an extra day to stay and enjoy the amenities. The pool area has a cabana that serves yummy beverages and food which was a nice touch and reasonably priced! Will definitely be staying again when we return to Disney!

Amazing Property in Perfect Location!

Family of 4 (children ages 8 and 5), stayed for six nights for a Disney World vacation. The property is exactly as pictured, and actually felt bigger in person than the pictures. The balcony is huge with a great view of the lake and parts of Orlando. If you look out the front balcony of the building (or bedroom window) you can clearly see some of the Disney landmarks such as Epcot, and can watch the fireworks. The pool is huge. There is the main pool, two kiddie pools, and a hot tub. There is a small bar right next to the main pool, and plenty of pool chairs. The water was warm enough for our kids to keep swimming well after the sun went down. There are three elevators in the building so even though there are several floors, we never had to wait long to go up and down. Parking is covered and there were plenty of spaces available each time we came back. We had a rental stroller delivered and the front office had no issues with accepting it before our arrival and letting us leave it there for pick up on our departure day. The wifi worked great our entire stay. The best part of this property is the location. We had a car and drove to all the Disney parks plus Disney Springs. The longest drive might have been 15 minutes to Magic Kingdom. There are also several chain retailers/restaurants close enough to walk to (McDonalds, Walgreens, Starbucks, Dunkn). There is an outlet mall and Publix within about a 10 minute drive, and a Target just a little bit farther. The interstate is close so getting back and forth from the airport was easy as well. The owner answered all of my questions promptly in the weeks leading up to our stay and was in touch again as we checked in to ensure everything went well. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near Disney, you won’t regret it!

Pro’s: Location was great- easy and quick to get to all of the theme parks. Everything you need is close by. Ample parking. Tasteful updates to the condo including new appliances made the stay comfortable. Having a washer in unit is super convenient.Cons: Communication-From the time I booked up until 24 hours before checking in, I had messaged the owner with no response. I was mainly concerned that my family and I were driving from a distance and never received the check in instructions. I even called and left a voicemail with no response. It was not until I contacted VRBO directly that they were able to get in contact with the owner.-Musty odor- Cannot tell if it was from the AC being turned off when we arrived but there was a persistent musty odor during our duration. (Perhaps a dehumidifier may help.)-Chairs on balcony are tattered and almost unusable.Overall the stay was fine, condo had what we needed during our trip.Updated pictures would be beneficial to reflect the condo’s current state- updated appliances… master bedroom did not have any of the wall fixtures shown.

Orlando

This condo in Orlando was a great stop before meeting up with family for a Disney trip. It was a convenient location near Disney Springs. The unit was described well in the listing. We had a relaxing visit and thoroughly enjoyed the pool looking out toward Lake Bryan. We could even see the Disney nightly fireworks in the distance from the front of the building.

Great views, Close to all theme parks.

Great views, close to parks, clean with good appliances, huge pool, hot tub was nice, poolside tiki bar was great. Not many cons. If I had to be picky I would suggest bringing a mattress topper, the master bed is very firm, I like the AC to stay around 68 but thermostat is set to only go to 70 but was bearable with the fan.Like I said, thats just me being picky. For the price, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful stay

We loved our stay. Beautiful location, pool has a bar with food that was very yummy and the bartenders were so friendly. Condo is also in walking distance to local shops and restaurants. 100% would recommend and cant wait to come back.
