The Palms at Gerroa is perfect for small groups, families and couples. Enjoy long summer days relaxing on Seven Mile Beach, taking in the sweeping views from the front deck or BBQing on our back deck or playing pool in the games area.

The Property:
The Palms has two levels with a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, kitchenette, games rooms and large outdoor deck area.

Upstairs:
On the upper level, there are 3 bedrooms in total (2 x rooms with queen beds + 1 x room with 2 singles), bathroom, kitchen, living and dining. There is a front deck with views across Seven Mile Beach to Coolangatta Mountain and as far as Jervis Bay. The back deck has a BBQ, outdoor dining table seating 8 and a lounge area.

Downstairs:
On the lower level is a self-contained one bedroom apartment with lounge area, kitchenette (microwave, sink and fridge), bathroom and the laundry. Please note that downstairs is not internally accessible from upstairs (you need to go outside and downstairs to access the apartment). Therefore, the downstairs is not a suitable sleeping space for children.

Yard & Games Room:
The backyard is fully fenced and there are two parking spots available at the front of the home. There is also a games room with pool table and a TV for sports games.

All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
