Relaxation comes easy at this tranquil home. Nestled on a great sunny lot, this single-level retreat is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Unwind on the furnished screened porch overlooking the peaceful wooded backyard, or enjoy cookouts on the deck, complete with a grill.

Inside, find plenty of social space. Prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances. A welcoming living area features a gas fireplace, a TV, and provided board games -- perfect for cozy nights in. Off to the side, an office nook adds convenience.

You and your guests will also have access to several community amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hiking trails, tennis courts, an on-site golf course, and restaurants.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Ocean Pines Association offers renters the option to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City and to obtain pool passes for the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase directly through the Ocean Pines Association only.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing retreat

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Neighbors were super friendly and helpful! Enjoyed our stay outside of the hustle and bustle of OC.

Great place/ poor management

We checked in and noticed there was no coffee pot. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but I'm on vacation, and don't want to get up and dressed every morning to get my wife her coffee when I should've been able to make it there for her. Through numerous messages every day they never managed to deliver us a coffee pot. Also they false advertise a pool in the amenities. While there is 5 of them, you need to pay to use them. That's not an amenity in my book. The house itself was actually very nice, but there was a major ant problem. They don't supply you with a welcome binder of any type. We use vrbo every year for our vacations, and this was the only one that didn't supply that. Something that contains a map of the plan, recommendations, check-in, check out instructions, etc. We will not return to ocean pines or any property managed by Vacasa.

There were only two of us, the open concept living area was quite spacious. Everything was updated. Being able to do laundry was nice.

Very Relaxing home

I felt relaxed as soon as I arrived. I love sitting on the indoor porch in the morning looking at the trees and drinking my coffee.
