The place was great! Clean and well stocked with anything we could need. The Owner was very good with communication and anything that we might had needed. Simple, but well kept and secure condo community with an amazing staff!!! On site restaurant! Well stocked kitchen. Pantry with beach chairs and towels. Everything we need right there. On site bodega for ice or forgotten groceries and sundries. Assistance for any emergency or needs with very good communication from our HOA,cleaner and handy man, high speed wifi

What makes this property unique

It is the closest resort to the ocean's edge to the Sea of Cortez.
We keep a well equipped pantry with beach gear and larger cooking appliances and pots. Most owners keep locked to guests. First aid kit and fire extinguishers in kitchen and bedroom. Fire blanket. Hair dryers in both bathrooms, newly remodeled bathrooms and newly painted walls throughout. RO at the kitchen sink in addition to the pure 5 gallon water jug. More sleep accommodations than all other 2 bed 2 bath in this resort. Fun family atmosphere with the parrot theme.
The security team is the best among with friendly staff throughout the grounds standing ready to help 24 hours a day.
