We were on a fifteen day Utah adventure trip. This was a great place to relax and freshen up. House was very clean and has a great layout.

This was a beautiful home and very well kept and cleaned. The house had everything that we needed. It sits against the red rock cliff/hill and was just so relaxing to drink morning coffee. The house was easy to find. This is a great place to stay if you are needing a central place to stay if you are going to go to the different parks and trails. We also loved being able to walk to a trailhead super close to the house. We would recommend this house in Kanab and would stay again.

We had a fabulous 5 days. Loved the house.Cooked every evening. Enjoyed the backyard and the dogs had plenty of room. Location is terrific and we did both hikes out of the subdivision. Great house!

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect with kids and a pet. The fenced backyard was super convenient. There was a great dog park across the street. We had everything we needed in the house. The pool and hot tub at the clubhouse were also a great amenity we had the whole thing to ourselves. We want to come back!

Great views and modern home

Loved it here. Living room was roomy. Bedrooms had views of the mountains in the back. The neighborhood felt very safe. There was a very nice hiking trail behind the neighborhood where we saw some deer, which was amazing And the house was dog friendly which was the main reason we booked it. Only a small pet fee.The only issue was the Keurig coffee machine had a lot of scaling on it. So it could use a deep cleanIf we were to come to this part of town again, we'd definitely consider coming back

A Wonderful Property!

Really loved this property and neighborhood in Kanab. The house itself was very clean, well appointed, spacious, and comfortable, the bedrooms are spaced to give maximum sound dispersion to sleepers. The manager was very responsive when we spoke, and overall just gave great service. We even accidently left a piece of jewelry behind when we left and their cleaning team recovered it and they mailed it to us. It's just little touches like that that make me very glad to have stayed here. The only critique I can offer is that all of our luggage ended up with pet hair on it from previous tenants, from both rugs and hard wood floors. It was a pet friendly property, so not wholly unexpected, but worth noting. Overall, loved this place, the peaceful neighborhood it is situated in, the views you are greeted with in the morning, and the overall quality of the property. Would be happy to stay here again if I ever find myself in Kanab.

Belle maison avec jardin Lits confortables Environnement très calme Grande pièce de vie Cuisine très bien équipée avec lave vaisselle, four, grand réfrigérateur congélateur, machine à café ... 2 salles de bain et 2 WC Buanderie avec lave linge et sèche linge Terrasse avec salon de jardin et barbecue Piscines communautaires peu fréquentées Kanab avec supermarché, restaurants, station essence à 5 min en voiture

nice house, beautiful location

Nice views of surrounding red cliffs, and right across the street from pool and dog park. Everything was comfortable. There was one issue with the guest bathroom shower and curtain, but the manager addressed it within hours.

Fabulous stay in Kanab

The property is clean, well supplied with kitchen items, great location to K Trail. We arrived to a clean house and received surprise goody bags twice during our two weeks. Zion Stays rocks and I would definitely stay at this property again
