The Washington House in Brenham was superb—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms had everything we needed, offering both privacy and great spaces to gather, and the pool table was a big hit. The s’mores welcome gift was such a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to Christa and Corrin for being wonderful hostesses and accommodating our early arrival. Highly recommend for a family stay!. We stayed for my son’s wedding, and it was perfectly located too

Wonderful Rental Home

Several friends gather together for a fun weekend in Brenham. They loved the Washington house on E Alamo. Beautiful place and owners are awesome to rent from.

12 Armadillos is an awesome house. So close to downtown Brenham that we could walk to the attractions. The bedrooms were all well thought out with everything you could need. The kitchen was up to date with plenty of dishes and glassware for all. There is a huge island perfect for serving buffet style. The dining table easily seated ten and was also used for playing games and puzzles. The living area had a large sectional sofa and several pull up chairs, so we could all gather together. The tv in the living area was easy to operate and plenty large to watch the football game. It was still a bit too warm to utilize the backyard outdoor area, but it was very thoughtfully arranged with even a tv out there to watch the game!The parking area next to the house was ample, we had four vehicles and there was room for more. The house was very clean and cutely decorated, we loved the mural in the front hall. Christa, our host, was extremely helpful with lists of local restaurants, shops and attractions. We had a great time and would definitely come again.

Great Property

We have a yearly golf outing and this year we choose Brenham for our two day event. We loved this house as was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was close to all our needs as well. Recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the downtown area.

We had a lovely time staying at this house. There were six ladies who traveled to Round Top for the antique show. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and the back porch was a fun space to watch college football games. The manager was easy to reach out to, and she was quick to respond. We would stay here again in the future.

Amazing !!!

We were in town for a softball tournament and this house was the highlight of our trip. The girls absolutely loved it and it had everything we needed. The host was amazing and so thoughtful in every detail in the home. Perfect home and location, best place we have stayed at.

Property was great

We had family get together for a wedding near Brenham. The house was perfect for us . It was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the back yard too and liked that restaurants were in walking distance. Also appreciated the prompt responses to my questions. Would recommend this property!!

Wedding weekend

The PERFECT place for a large group with plenty of room inside, outside and parking. Walking distance to downtown. Could not have been happier and our host was very accommodating! Highly recommend.

Great VRBO! Great location, firepit, amenities.... TV's in every room, but internet/streaming was so bad we couldn't watch tv! Luckily we didn't really miss TV.
