This home is located in Gulf Shores, AL., on West Beach, and is part of a low-density group of 5 large houses across the street from the white sandy beach. This is an excellent spot for multiple families or groups that want to be together but need more than one home! And not to mention, there are still great views from the balcony even though you are across the street!

You are just steps away from the beach at this great location! There is a crosswalk next to the home, making for a safe crossing for you and your group.

ALL ABOUT THE HOUSE.
Indoors you will find a large open-concept family room, kitchen, and dining area. There is cheery beach decor throughout the house, and it sleeps up to 15 guests! This is a pet-friendly property and allows for 2 dogs less than 35 lbs in weight each.

It has 4 large bedrooms with outdoor balconies off of each bedroom and 3 large bathrooms. There is a sleeping loft with bunk beds, which is perfect for the kiddos! You will also find a Queen sized sofa sleeper in the living area.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house, free Wifi, large smart TV's in the living area, as well as smart TV's in bedrooms.

Outdoors you will find an outdoor shower (perfect for rinsing off the sand!), a charcoal grill, and a picnic table for outside dining, all within a covered patio. There is a storage closet with beach toys and umbrellas for you to use while staying at the house. You will also find a community pool within the 5 houses for you to enjoy, as well as free parking!
