Looking for a house close to the beach for the winter season. Look no more. Del Mar Houses 4 and 5 are open to monthly winter rentals!!!!
Do you miss your fur baby when you go on vacation? Our Del Mar House 4 and House 5 are pet-friendly! We also welcome snowbirds who want to bring their fur babies with them—no need to worry about high kennel costs or leaving a vital member of your family at home. Please feel free to send us questions and we will reply.
This home is located in Gulf Shores, AL., on West Beach, and is part of a low-density group of 5 large houses across the street from the beach. This is an excellent spot for multiple families or groups that want to be together but need more than one home!
You are just steps away from the beach at this great location! A crosswalk is next to the home, making for a safe crossing for you and your group.
ALL ABOUT THE HOUSE.
Indoors you will find a sizeable open-concept family room, kitchen, and dining area. The house has cheery beach decor and sleeps up to 15 guests! This is a pet-friendly property and allows for 2 dogs less than 35 lbs in weight each for an additional $250 pet fee.
It has 4 large bedrooms with outdoor balconies off of each bedroom and 3 large bathrooms. There is a sleeping loft with bunk beds, which is perfect for the kiddos! You will also find a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living area.
There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house, free Wifi, large smart TVs in the living area, and smart TVs in bedrooms.
Outdoors you will find an outdoor shower (perfect for rinsing off the sand!), a charcoal grill, and a picnic table for outside dining, all within a covered patio. There is a storage closet with beach toys and umbrellas to use while staying at the house. You will also find a community pool within the 5 houses for you to enjoy, as well as free parking for 3 vehicles and may be more based upon availability.
