Perfect space for 13 people

We rented both sides of the duplex and it was just the right size for all of us. Both decks were great to gather around the tables and play games , eat, etc. we really enjoyed our stay there.

Loved the stay!

Property was very nice and clean! We loved the location as the beach was in walking distance which really helped our night time crab hunts! The pool was very clean and pleasant but can get a little warm after the heat of the day. All the extra beach goodies were a bonus as well! We even left some more good stuff for the next group to have fun with! We had a blast!

Great location

We found the Sun Princess to be a great location near the beach. Unfortunately, the pool was out of commission for our stay, but Lorraine made up for that. The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but we loved having 2 separate units for our stay. The units were clean and had everything we needed.

Great Location!

The house was in a great location! The house was clean and looked exactly as it was pictured online. The homeowners were very easy to get in contact with and were extremely accommodating. My group was very lucky to find this rental, we had a wonderful trip with zero complaints!!

Family Vacay

My family, along with my in-laws and all the siblings and cousins, came to Gulf Shores for the first trip of its kind in 20 years and it was spectacular. Our house was an easy walk, one block from the beach. The kids loved that we had a pool they could jump in at any hour as well! Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. We would definitely stay again!

Gulf Shores Vaca from Iowa

This was a great stay. Lorraine was absolutely wonderful. We had 15 plus an infant and had no problem with room. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach , which was easily walkable. We tried several of the restaurants Lorraine suggested and they didn’t fail. There is so much to do! We loved our Gulf Shores vacation and our stay at the Sun Princess! Thanks, Lorraine!

Great house, could use a few updates

The location of the property is perfect. It's a ten minute walk to the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet. There are several shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The property held our large extended family without issue and everyone had a wonderful time on the decks visiting. The kids loved the pool. The beds are great and the carpet looks new and was also clean. One of the property team folks came by to service the pool, and he was very nice. A few updates would make this property a five star. First, the units could really use a deep cleaning. There was a pretty thick layer of dust on all the blinds, trim and doors. Also the main floor throughout was pretty dingy (black feet). The fridge had spilled sauce in it and the knobs are missing on the stove in one unit. Also, the pool liner is separating and the property manager had to leave the water on the entire time we were there to keep it full. These are all minor things that if fixed would make the property a winner. I would definitely rent this property again, especially for a large group.

BEST VACATION EVER!

After roughly a year of quarantine we needed a break! We invited two other families (total of six kids and 6 parents) and two single adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kids moved back and forth on the pull out couches or one of the bunk rooms. It was a perfect set up! We at all of our meals outside on the deck which had ample seating to accommodate everyone. The pool was so nice! A little chilly for the adults in April but the kids didn’t care. We used the grill and it was great. There were pool floats and tons of chairs. If we needed anything or had questions Lorraine was amazing! She would always get back to us immediately. The beach was a short walk but there was a parking lot if you needed to lug a lot of stuff. The Lagoon was beautiful. We walked the kids up there and we all waded in the water and saw all the creatures, even a sting ray! The ONLY thing that wasn’t great was the WiFi but the surrounding neighbors had issues too. We heard it’s just a Gulf Shores thing so bring some already downloaded movies on iPads for kids in case it’s spotty. We will DEFINITELY be back with our whole crew!!!! We were sad to leave!

The place was perfect for a family of 12! Very spacious. It was less than a half mile to the beach. Pool was amazing for the kids! The kitchen provided everything to be able to cook dinner every night of our stay. We did have some issues with cleanliness but overall, it was a good trip and would stay again.

Gulf Shore vacation

Enjoyed the stay. only issues were there were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker in the B unit and the kitchen counter in the A unit had a piece of coral on it that stunk to high heaven. everything else seemed good. nice to have our own pool.

Great Vacation

The house has plenty of room for everyone. Where it's 2 sides so everyone is not together all the time. The pool is amazing and it was nice not to have to share it with a lot of people. You could float around in it early in the morning or late late at night. The owner was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

Family vacation

Locatiin is great. Each side of the duplex was perfect. Great for a family. My daughter and her family had their own place but we were still all together. Short walk to the beach, short ride to all the places in town. Having the pool there was wonderful. My grandsons (15, 16 & 4) were in it everyday.

Beautiful house that held our group of 11 easily. 6 minute walk to beach on 12 th st or can drive to 13 th st and pay to park if desired. Kids loved the private pool as well. Lorraine, the host, replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!

Beach vacation 24

Overall great place! “A” side door handle is missing a set screw and falls off every time the door closes. Super annoying, but if that is the only complaint that is a major win. Would recommend this place to anyone! Love the private pool and beach was just a couple minutes away.

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 13 people total and everyone was comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great neighborhood and not far from the beach. We were unable to go to the beach due to weather, but we enjoyed the pool. I would recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!
