The dining area features a table that can seat up to three guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals: oven, kettle, toaster, and more.

The bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), made up with high-quality hotel linens. The windows are equipped with electric blinds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Closets are available for you to store your belongings and make yourself at home.

The attached bathroom features a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

All you have to do is unpack and enjoy!

Explore the area surrounding the historic hospital, built in the 17th century by Louis XIII, and stroll through streets lined with cafés, bakeries, and small shops. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the nearby Canal Saint-Martin. The Saint-Louis Hospital district offers a fascinating blend of history, local life, and Parisian charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Château Landon (line 7), is just a 3-minute walk.

CDG Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
