A lot of issues

My children and I had no running water for the first 5 hours after checking in and check in was at 3. The power cut out on the additional room which meant the other wall unit AC as not working and had no access to the washer or dryer die to loss of power and water.I tried flipping the switches on the electric box and still nothing. The AC in the RV portion also has issues and is leaking water as well. Due to both AC units not functioning properly my children and I were not able to stay until check out. I asked the owner about compensation for the loss of utilities and amenities and received nothing. My children are 6 and 4 diagnosed with autism and the only thing the owner offered was a refund if we left. Anyone who knows anyone with special needs children should know after a long trip somewhere this is not an option. I am posting this so no one else has to go through what my children had to go through.

Easy access. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, and gym were also nice. The washer and dryer were included but we didn’t use them. Wi-Fi cost $15/week but was slower than expected.
