About this property

Bright and spacious farm house retreat.

Our beautiful farmhouse is located on our family's fully functioning farm. The exterior of the house itself has a large yard with several mature trees and gazebos, with a main level and second story balcony, and a backyard patio perfect for grilling with farm views. Our house is equipped with all of your basic necessities to stay, and has plenty of room to spread out throughout the 4,100sqft. The master bedroom is complete with it's own attached full bathroom, large walk in closet, towel warmer and balcony access. Aside from the master bathroom, there's two full baths upstairs as well. With a living room and a den, there's plenty of room for a large group. Extra bonus rooms around the house include a home office, mudroom that also serves as a kitchenette, laundry room with a half bath, formal and casual dining rooms and a large/quiet sitting area upstairs with scenic two story windows. Pool and hot tub are available spring through fall. (Pool can be heated for $75/day)
*** Pool is currently OPEN for the Summer Season, and the hot tub will always remain OPEN.
***Please note that this is a fully functioning farm. Please do not cross the fence on the West side of the property, as there can be equipment or large animals.

Beautiful home. Lots of room for our large family. Beds were comfortable and the pool was nice. Enjoyed the hot tub and the views of the animals. Quiet area in the country but close enough to other areas to find things to get out to.

My sons wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The wedding was at The Stone House Farm right down the road which made it convenient for us to go back and forth. I would recommend anyone having family getting married at The Stone House to rent this house. It has more than enough room for everyone.

Family Reunion

Stayed at Riverview House with my kids and grandkids for a family reunion there with my Mom, siblings and a few nieces and nephews. It was a perfect location and set up for us. The adults enjoy the peaceful setting and the kids enjoyed the pool and yard and viewing the cows. Our host Macy was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Family Getaway

The house and property were wonderful. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. The pool was fantastic. There was plenty of room for our group and a great time was had by all. To nitpick, the grass should’ve been cut prior to our arrival if the last group had to be out by 11 and we didn’t arrive until 4. Also some small updates needed like being able to read the heat selector knobs on the oven. That said, I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again. Thanks Macy and Mallory for having us!

Great for a quiet weekend!

The house was very clean. Worked very well for a group of 8-9 adults for a board game weekend. We will definitely be back again, maybe when the pool is open Communication was very easy and the hosts were super fast to respond to any questions we had.The only issue we ran into was the kitchen. It is very sparse and the range was not easy to use. There were no mixing bowls or baking dishes. There was a decent amount of pots and pans, but there were only 5 cereal bowls so when we made chili for everyone, we had to have some people eating out of mugs or solo cups. The range worked, but the dials have no indicators of heat/temps so it took some time to play with it and figure out high vs low. Some of the burners were a little temperamental, but we figured it out.Overall, the house fit our needs very well and was a great location for a weekend away from everything.

Beautiful, spacious home in a serene setting. House was super clean and had all that we needed. Owner was quickly available with any questions we had. The porch was great for coffee conversations in the morning and the bonfire pit was perfect for a summer night. The jacuzzi was wonderful. This home would be perfect for multi-family vacations. The only downfall was a very cold pool in which we couldn't swim for more than a few minutes. I would suggest that you get the pool heated as even in August with many days of 87 degree, the pool was freezing... maybe a solar cover would help:)

Beautiful property!

We hosted our wedding here and had everyone come and it was perfect!! The house was huge for all the guests to hang out in and chat. The garage had room for everyone and all the wedding stuff perfectly. The pool and hot tub was great for the kids, and for the adults after the kids were done. We stayed for 5 days and I don’t think I have a single complaint. The host was on top of responding back and was super sweet when we needed her help. Also they cleaned the hot tub for us after we asked which was very helpful. Thank you so much for the stay we will definitely be back!!

The most WONDERFUL experience! We came back home and rented this beautiful home and it was absolutely perfect!
