This duplex offered everything we needed for our large family, including a Pack & Play and booster seats in both units. And, the location was perfect - so close to the boards. Communication with the owner was easy, when needed. Great Stay!

Worth the price!

This property was great. It was perfect having my sister and her family in the same house but different floors. The property was clean and Jim was easy to get a hold of when I had questions. LINENS INCLUDED WHICH IS AMAZING! And the short distance to the boards and town was perfect. Will stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults, 4 kids (5 - 12 yrs). The two units provided everyone with their own bed and enough space to unwind. The location provided a 5 min walk to the beach and boardwalk. The private driveway was perfect for a 12 passenger van. Our grandkids said, "this was the best vacation" and we got lots of hugs. Just seeing their excitement and enjoying life is so worth it. Everyone's ready to go back!

What makes this property unique

This is a fantastic property that is located in the heart of OCNJ. The best part of this property is that you can park your car and basically walk everywhere. We are about 7 homes from the beach/boardwalk and only a few short blocks from downtown Asbury. The units are spacious, well equipped and the front porch is the perfect spot for a drink of your choice after a long day at the beach. If you're traveling with kids they'll love that they can see the Ferris wheel lite up at nighttime!
