This pretty Provencal house promises plenty of relaxation and swimming, thanks to its direct proximity to the beach and the coastal path. The beach, creeks, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance!

The house is entirely on one level, and comprises a large living room with a dining area, a recently fitted, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people plus a single bed. A shower room accessible from the terrace with WC, washbasin and shower (ideal near the swimming pool). A second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200). A bathroom with bath and shower, and WC. And a guest toilet. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely covered terrace with sunblind and dining area with plancha. A lovely swimming pool invites you to relax. The garden is fully enclosed and beautifully planted with trees and flowers. Several cars can be parked in the garden.

The ‘Tortue’ beach is less than 100 metres from the house, making it the ideal place to enjoy the seaside, its creeks and the coastal path at any time without worrying about parking. The restaurants L'Etoile, l'Epuisette and many others are just a 2-minute walk away and will welcome you for great meals overlooking the sea.

Villa in Boulouris June 2025

Very charming villa, first time in the Cote D"Azure for myself and family. We had very good communication with the host Arjun , very nice and friendly, who met us at the Villa and handed over the keys after showing us around. I had to contact him regarding a couple of small queries and he got back to me very promptly. The villa was ideally located , in walking distance, 100m to the sea, a couple of restaurants, convenience shops. The train station is very nearby with the beautiful St Raphael one stop away. Everyone we met were very friendly and patient with us and our limited French, The villa was spacious with air con in the bedrooms which was really appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed, One of the toilets is in the outer area which was very handy when using the swimming pool. Beautiful garden. Small wildlife , birds, lizards and gheko's and a red squirrel which I love to see . We enjoyed a very enjoyable relaxing week

Das Haus ist super gelegen, nah am Strand und nah an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist sehr schön und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was uns jedoch nicht störte. Bei zwei Defekten hat sich der Vermieter darum gekümmert. Kurz vor Anreise haben wir erfahren, dass die Bettwäsche nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist und wir mussten 125 Euro zusätzlich zahlen für Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Im Inserat war das nicht ersichtlich. Es gibt sehr viele Mücken im Garten, was teilweise etwas mühsam ist. Es gibt aber viele Mittel im Haus um sie abzuwehren. Wir waren aber sehr verstochen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit im Haus und konnten die schöne Umgebung erkunden
