Elvira's Datcha - Country house in the green!
Country house in a small hamlet in Berry, 30m from the remains of a 12th-century abbey. Ideal for a couple or family with young children. Shops 10 minutes away. The area is full of activities: pottery workshops, Beauval Zoo, Château de Valençay, Poulaines estate, swimming and beach at St Genou...
The accommodation:
Outside: A terrace equipped with a bench and outdoor seats, loungers, barbecue. A 300m2 unfenced lawn (animals to be monitored).
Inside: A kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and dishes + some condiments. A living/dining room equipped with a TV/TV Box, board games and some comics and books. A bedroom with a 160 bed and dressing room + direct access to the bathroom (equipped with a washing machine) and toilets. A office space + storage. The travel cot is provided upon request but not the sheets. This is a very simply equipped house.
Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included in the rate!

Très bien situé, au calme,tout le confort requis, bel espace.Malheureusement impossible de faire fonctionner la cuisinière ( un papier explicatif serait le bienvenu),petite odeur de renfermé à notre arrivée et quelques mouches pour nous accueillir...Aucun contact avec l'hôte,c'est un peu triste.
