Nice place for a retreat.

The layout of the property was well-suited for an 8-12 person group. The upstairs common areas were really great for our focused work and the surrounding area was fantastic for relaxing.

Perfect location for big family

This house was beautiful. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. The breakfast island in the kitchen is awesome. We had two small issues while we were there but the maintenance man was there on the double and fixed both issues immediately. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone

This house was perfect for our group! Having en suites with every room was great for our large group of couples. The large kitchen with multiple refrigerator etc is so helpful! The beach is so close and very quite and the pool was a great addition. Not a complaint but just a heads up to future guest - the sheets are provided but the beds are not made, and there wasn't any hand soap or dish soap.Again not a big issue but it wasn't what we were used to with rental properties like this so just want to give the heads up!

The location is great. The space is great for a large group. The elevator was very useful for our elderly family members. Con’s: cleaners could have done a better job. Needs more frequent insect extermination. Water bugs were plentiful. Seen all over the place. Next to the water makes it likely but this was more than I’ve seen on previous trips with similar accommodations.

Was a great weekend getaway

Had a great time at the house. Very peaceful and spacious. Only thing we did not like was a few of our guests woke up with bumps on them that were clearly not mosquito bites. Sent a message to the host to check for bed bugs and was never messaged again after. That was the only downfall of the trip other then that everything else was nice.

Ben, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear about the bumps your guests had and the lapse in communication. Please know that we took your concern seriously and had pest control check for bed bugs right away, finding no evidence of them at all. We appreciate your understanding and am glad you enjoyed the peaceful and spacious aspects of the house. If you would like to discuss anything further, please give our main office a call.
