The Space: Experience the unique charm of Downtown Charleston at “The Savannah Suite A.” This 1st-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for groups and families. Situated just off King Street, it offers easy parking and prime location.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The space includes a high-top dining table for six, a cozy lounge with plush furnishings, and an HDTV for your entertainment. The kitchen is bright and airy, fully stocked with essential cooking utensils and kitchenware. However, with Downtown Charleston's incredible restaurants just a short walk away, dining out is always an option.

The single-floor layout places all three bedrooms and two bathrooms conveniently down the hall from the common areas. Two bedrooms feature comfortable king-sized beds, with the master offering a private ensuite bathroom for added privacy. The third bedroom is adorned with a plush queen-sized bed and elegant décor. An additional full bathroom is available for the other two bedrooms. A washer-dryer set is also provided for your convenience.

An airbed is available upon request; please notify management 24 hours before check-in.

Guests will have exclusive access to the well-lit 1st floor, ensuring ease and safety. The building includes a parking spot, making packing and unpacking hassle-free. Please park in the correct spot to avoid towing; note that Stay Duvet does not manage the adjacent lot.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
