A wonderful place

We stayed a week at the house at the lakeside. Modern, all the equipment the heart desires (sauna, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite tv, rowing boat, grill, garden furniture under the trees and next to the lake, etc.). The lake is quite shallow, with water lilies and reed. Excellent for fishing, mainly perch, many of them small, but there are also bigger specimen in it. An excellent spot for birdwatchers, too.

The site is great,also the options to hike are perfect.the included sauna and boat provide you with a perfect opportunity to safe the day if it us raining. The house was not in a perfectly clean condition at arrival. In general,we can highly recommend the site

Peaceful, Relaxing Stay

We were very happy to have found this property. The setting, while actually quite close to all the amenities of Falun, feels private and secluded. It was so nice to be able to look out onto the beautiful lake. Anna greeted us in a friendly manner when we arrived, and showed us everything we needed to see, and explained everything we needed to know. The bed was comfortable, the house is well equipped, and we settled in quickly to our safe and cozy temporary home. We especially appreciated the modern kitchen, and the use of a new washing machine. The host, Kerstin, was easy to work with, and available when needed. We have carried home wonderful memories of our stay in Sweden. Thank you, Kerstin and Anna!

Es war eine herzliche Begrüßung mit guter Einweisung und ein vorgewärmte Haus hat uns erwartet. Es fehlte an nichts. Küche großartig ausgestattet. Modernes Badezimmer. Sehr gemütlich. Die Veranda lud zum Sitzen ein. Gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin.

Nettes Haus

Gepflegtes Häuschen an einem netten See. Man hört die relativ dicht gelegene Landstraße, das hat uns je nach Windrichtung manchmal sehr gestört. Sehr nette Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir mussten früher abfahren, daher haben wir weder Sauna noch Fahrräder oder Boot genutzt. Die Verbrennungstoilette ist erstmal gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber eine tolle Alternative zum Plumpsklo. Lidl etwa 7 km entfernt.

Liebe Mieter, es tut mir leid, dass sie aus privaten Gründen frühzeitiger abreisen mussten und nicht in den Genuss von Sauna und See gekommen sind. Die dem Wald gegenüber liegender Landstraße wurde bisher nicht als störend empfunden und ist auch in Google Maps klar erkennbar. Konstruktives Feedback ist immer sehr wertgeschätzt, um das Häuschen noch wohnlicher zu gestalten und die Urlaubserfahrung unvergesslich zu machen. Hier wäre es hilfreich anzugeben was in Bezug auf die Inserats-Beschreibung gefehlt hat, das zu einem Abzug von 2 Sternen führt. Zumal diese Unzufriedenheit aus der vorangegangenen, sehr freundlichen und positiven Kommunikation mit ihnen auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht erkennbar war. MfG K Olsson

Winterzauber in Falun

Sehr schönes gemütliches Ferienhäuschen eingebettet in die wunderschöne Natur Schwedens. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön und entspannend

Wir haben mit unseren Teeniemädels (15,18) drei wundervolle August-Wochen im schwedischen Wald verbracht. Man lebt im Grünen zwischen Preisselbeeren und Pilzen mit Blick auf den verträumten See mit einer Fülle kleiner Inseln. Mücken gab es ( nach einem trockenen Sommer) fast gar nicht und es sind ja auch Mückennetze am Fenster. Trotz der Waldlage sind es kurze Wege (10min Auto) zum Einkaufen! Die Sauna liegt idyllisch am See. Dort ist jetzt der Uferstreifen liebevoll mit Sand aufbereitet worden und es glitscht gar nichts. Die Aussentoilette ('Plumpsklo") durften wir auch mitbenutzen und so Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Natur beobachtet, gerudert, geangelt, die Falungrube und den Raubtierpark Orsa besichtigt. Anna war eine sehr freundliche, lustige Gastgeberin und Kerstin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Das WLAN ist in Schweden super, sogar im Wald. Das Kinderzimmer ist neu renoviert hat eine kusch

Tolle Lage. Tolle Gastgeber.

Ideal mit Kindern, die im See planschen oder SUP fahren können. Tolle Natur. Auch bei Notlagen jeder Art stehen einem die Vermieter samt Familie mit tatkräftiger, unkonventioneller Unterstützung zur Seite. Vielen, vielen Dank nochmal.

Traumhafter Urlaub in idyllischer Lager

Wir haben im Corona-Herbst 2020 vierzehn wundervolle Tage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ca. 4km außerhalb von Falun an einem See. Neben dem Ferienhaus sind noch 2 weitere Häuser, während unserer Zeit waren diese jedoch nicht belegt. Der See ist super sauber aber nicht sehr tief. Von der Sauna aus den See springen ging leider nicht, zum abkühlen reicht es aber allemal. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll und detailverliebt eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man auf der Veranda sitzend auf den See schauen, so vergeht auch das schlechteste Wetter. Wir sind selten so erholt und entspannt gewesen , uns hat sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Lässt fast keine Wünsche offen

Das Haupthaus ist bequem, neuwertig und modern eingerichtet mit allem was man Im Urlaub braucht. Aus unserer Sicht ideal für Paare oder eine Familie. Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön, wenngleich das schwimmen vom Steg aus durch den morastigen Untergrund und die geringe Wassertiefe erschwert ist. Ein kurzer Privatweg durch ein Wäldchen führt zur nahe gelegenen Straße nach Falun mit schönem Radweg. In Falun und Umgebung lassen sich viele schöne Ecken und Plätze entdecken. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter für die nicht selbst verständlichen Tipps und die Unterstützung vor Ort. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Great getaway

Lovely to stay at Kerstin's place. 10 minute drive to town for groceries or entertainment, but the house itself has all amenities to stay without want for a long time. We were there with our 2.5 year old, and there were enough toys to keep her entertained that we needn't have brought any of our own. We cooked all our meals. The kitchen was nicely updated. Sharp knives too! The fireplace in the living room nicely heated the room.

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Super Lage direkt am See. Dieser wahr zum Glück gefroren man konnte direkt auf das Eis. Die Unterkunft ist ein bisschen abseits von Falun aber man ist sehr schnell in Falun oder Borlänge. Um auf die Toilette zu gehen muss man immer durch das Schlafzimmer das ist nicht so ideal, vor allem in der Nacht. Draussen gibt es auch noch eine Toilette aber im Winter geht man in der Nacht nicht in die Kälte. Mit der Verbrennungstoilette hatten wir anfangs Probleme diese wurden sehr schnell behoben. Die Küche ist recht neu das Haus gut isoliert was im Winter wichtig ist. Wir könne das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Sooo schöööön

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben den Urlaub genossen. Ganz liebe Vermieter :-) Wir haben uns gut erholt und die Ruhe genossen, die Fahrten mit dem Boot auf dem See, fischen, Trampolin, Fahrräder, alles haben wir genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Schwedische Idylle am See 😎

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am See. Freundliche Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind. Unkompliziert -genau richtig für den Urlaub. Man sieht, dass einige Renovierungsmaßnahmen gemacht werden. Z.B. Ist die Küche ganz neu und sehr modern. Wir haben die Verbrennungstoilette kennen und schätzen gelernt. Leider wird die Sauna im Haus nur 50 grad warm. Wir haben dann die Holzsauna am See benutzt - sehr gut! Kleiner Tip - etwas Werkzeug für die Fahrräder wäre gut. Wir konnten sie nicht benutzen, da Sattel und Lenker nicht fest waren. Vielen Dank!

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben als Familie mit 2 Kindern (11 und 13) im Juni einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt idyllisch einsam an einem kleinen See. Dennoch ist Falun mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, auch Gewürze und ein kleiner Grill sind vorhanden. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, dass sie in einem eigenen Kinderhaus schlafen durften (aber nicht mussten weil im Haupthaus auch noch ein Zimmer war). Auch das Saunahaus direkt am See war ein Hit. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hiilfsbereit und stand immer per whats app und Telefon mit guten Tips zur Verfügung. Alles lief einfach und unkompliziert. Wir konnten auf der Terasse direkt am See frühstücken und abends grillen. Es gab auch fast keine Schnaken und der See war an der Oberfläche schon 22 ° warm. Allerdings ist er recht flach und mit Seerosen bewachsen so dass es nicht ideal zum Baden ist. Es gibt viele tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung (schöne Wanderungen, Radwege, Möglichkeiten zum Bootfahren, Bergwerksbesichtigung...... Es wird sicher nicht langweilig und wir werden gerne wiederkommen
