Host was not responsive
Our family stayed here for 2 days and overall the campground was nice and the RV was comfortable but I think the host forgot about our reservation. I had to contact the host to get my check in instructions. Once we arrived there were no instructional manuals on how to operate anything (lights, TV, grill, speakers, outdoor shower,etc.). I verified before we came that propane would be provided but there was no propane to cook with for the stove or the grill. We ended up wasting $50 on a nice steak dinner with no way to cook it. I left a message for the host but did not get a response until the next night ( after we left). Very disappointing. There were no check out instructions so I had to contact the campground office to find out what was needed. There are 2 golf carts to rent but it was $50 a day. There were 2 bikes but both were not usable and need repair. There was a patio chair that was broken and could have been a danger to someone so we set it aside and told the host. The car park was extremely tight for our Acura MDX. It fit but barely. The RV itself was updated, bathroom was nice, the beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio area was a nice additional space to sit around. The campground was great…nice big pool, great sunset beach area w hammocks and even a tennis/pickleball court to play on. The location is good, plenty of restaurants close by and a Publix grocery store across the street. We had a nice trip but would probably pick another RV next time.
