Great ranch

House was clean, yard was perfect for our dog. The only downside was no grill for outdoor cooking. Close to sights we wanted to see.

WeCo Simplicity

Convenient location to USC and the Vista with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Owners very communicative for this house in a quiet W. Columbia neighborhood.

Just what I needed

Dogs loved the backyard. Nieghbors were all nice and would wave whenever I passed them on the street.

Great response to concerns. Clean and roomy. Would have liked more seating in living room as there was only a 2 seater couch. Had to bring own detergent for washing machine. No towels in kitchen just cheap paper towels. Pots and pans need replaced. Backyard was huge and fdnced for my dog. Nice driveway for parking and quiet neighborhood and convenient to area.

Everyone was very attentive until i had a problem. Maybe their system. When we got there the place smelled very musty. It was very cold that week so we turned the heat up. In a couple of minutes my asthma started acting up and now all i could smell was mold. We called and texted everything we could. Finally we got in touch with someone. They wanted us to sleep there and they would come check it out in the morning. No specific time. We didn’t stay due to the problem. We got our money back but were left hung out to dry 1000 miles from home with no accommodations. They said they looked for other properties but couldn't find us a place to stay. Thats what angers me most. We had to stay in a hotel with two 70lb Boxer dogs. My first experience with Vrbo. Most likely my last. Shame on them. We were told we could have a lakefront stay but would have to pay the difference. Im not impressed. We should have been compensated for their inconvenience. Yet they chose not to take care of us.
