Enjoy the special Dalmatian island atmosphere in this cozy vacation home, which was built of stone and wood. The domicile is located on a fenced and spacious plot of about 12,000 m² with olive and fruit trees and a variety of Mediterranean plants. Enjoy the beautiful landscape here. Electricity is supplied exclusively by solar panels, so electricity consumption is limited. This vacation home consists of two separate apartments. On the second floor are bedroom No. 3, a bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with exit to the terrace. On the first floor, bedroom No. 1, a bathroom, kitchen and lounge with fireplace and bedroom No. 2. each have separate entrances. Relax together on the terrace with barbecue. In a few minutes by car you can reach the nearest beaches and the center of Pu?i??a.
