I will book VRBO only from now on.

Property was great. Exactly as advertised. Been in contact with VRBO from before check in and throughout the stay. They are very pleasant and replies to questions super quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the property out of everyone’s control. AC died and we had children with us. Texted at 3 am and to my surprise I got a reply and they worked out the problem swiftly. I can never trust any other booking sites.
