GREAT location 3.3 miles to Windsor. Built in 2013 this open floor plan home features all NEW interior, bedding, all new memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked, upgraded and offers bar counter seating. Split style floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms (Queen bed in bedroom 1) and (Queen bed w/twin trundle bed and twin overhead bunk) that share an upgraded hallway bath. The primary suite offers a King bed and on-suite w/walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. The backyard is perfect for entertaining or an early day off the water. The California Patio offers an outdoor sectional, TV and bar seating for 5 and a dining table for 6 with ceiling fan, sun shades and market lights. The pool features a baja shelf and built-in seating w/table and umbrella stand. The terrace patio is the best place to enjoy a desert sunset with a peekaboo view of the lake. The terrace is complete with an outdoor sectional and propane fire-pit. The garage is air conditioned, perfect for cleaning out the boat after a long day on the water and our RV parking is gated (w/full RV hook-ups) and can accommodate any boat towers. If you're considering making a reservation, go ahead and do it! You'll be glad you did! This place is ideal for unwinding in the backyard, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit. There's also a spacious garage that can accommodate a boat. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the launch ramp. The house itself is warm and tidy. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Our partners Nathan and Laurie have also spent their childhood years here and together we have shared this special place with our kiddos. We love the spirit of the river community, and the absolute magical scenery Havasu offers, so much so that we own several short term vacation rentals here in town. We are beyond thrilled to share our homes with you and sincerely hope you and your guests enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We fell in LOVE with this backyard..... the sunsets off the terrace patio are just amazing. The bunnies and quails come right up to the back fence and the roadrunners from time to time. The backyard was just a vision of laughter and fun for our families and we just couldn't wait to hang out there in the summer after a day on the water or even around the firepit after a day of riding.

What makes this property unique

The view, oversize driveway and gated RV parking with FULL RV hook ups and our A/C garage were some of the unique features we really enjoyed about this home.
