Immaculate 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, with spacious kitchen, pool and spa. Internet and Wi-Fi. Enjoy a meal on the patio with a view of the Lake at sunset. Enjoy all the amenities, eateries and shops Lake Havasu has to offer. If you want the pool or spa heated, Pool will be 40.00 per night and Spa will be 20.00 Per night. That will be added to the previous total when you booked.

What a great stay! As far as kitchen supplies go, everything you could need is available. The home is very clean and functional. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. My boys spent much time in the pool (which is very well kept) while watching skateboarding documentaries and Creed on the patio TV. You can see the lake from the front and backyard and every store we needed to go to was no more than 10 minutes away from the home. My entire family had a great and comfortable time in the home and my son brought in his 12th birthday in a place he'd always wanted to visit and was not disappointed. 10/10!

This home is very spacious and comfortable! There was plenty of seating inside and out for relaxing and sharing meals. A wide variety of shops and restaurants are all within just a few minutes' drive, or an easy walk for more energetic visitors. You can see the lake and the hills beyond from the backyard, so it's great to enjoy the sunset while having some wine out back. The hosts are very responsive and answered our questions right away.
