Beautiful home and very close to the swim beach and downtown area. Everything was super clean, beds were extremely comfortable, easy check in and extremely prompt communication from owner. Woukd absolutely reccomend this location!

A beautiful home, well stocked with all the necessities and conveniently located to everything Havasu has to offer. I seldom write an actual review, as a family who frequents VRBO’s, this by far exceeded our expectations for the price point. There was one minor hick-up & the hosts were very quick to respond and rectify. We would rent this home again, without hesitation.

Great location to get to all the places we wanted to see. The house was the perfect setup for us. Hosts were very friendly and responded to all our questions right away. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we decide to visit again.

What a great stay! As far as kitchen supplies go, everything you could need is available. The home is very clean and functional. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. My boys spent much time in the pool (which is very well kept) while watching skateboarding documentaries and Creed on the patio TV. You can see the lake from the front and backyard and every store we needed to go to was no more than 10 minutes away from the home. My entire family had a great and comfortable time in the home and my son brought in his 12th birthday in a place he'd always wanted to visit and was not disappointed. 10/10!
