The neighborhood was it and the neighbors were nice. We had several teen boys with us and they really enjoyed the gaming consoles, dart board and water guns. It’s a bit further from the Havasu state park boat launch but for the price it was fine. There are plenty of towels and cooking utensils. Overall nice experience.

Fantastic house and host!

Our stay in Lake Havasu was fantastic! Robin was a great host, very responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. There was plenty of room for our family of 7, the property was clean and conveniently located. The backyard was perfect for keeping our family entertained, the beds were comfortable and we would definitely stay here again!
