Fully furnished, clean and quiet pool home. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with large pool, hot tub, sunning area, BBQ, lounge area with fire pit in backyard. Fully stocked kitchen. Utilities and WIFI included. Master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 bedrooms have queen sized beds. Large tiled shower with rainfall showerhead in master bath. All bedrooms and living room have smart TVs to watch your favorite streaming services (you must have your own accounts). Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. About 5 mins and less than 3 miles away from the beautiful new Havasu Riviera Marina and launch ramps!

We (3 couples) loved this house. The pool was the absolute cleanest I’ve ever seen in 45 years of travel. We had a blast and would recommend this property to everyone.

Beautiful home! Loved all the amenities from the soft clean beds, amazing shower in main bedroom, plenty of towels, lots of stuff in the kitchen, to the fabulous pool. Location wasn't too far from the bridge. I'd stay here again!

Great backyard, and I loved being a little out of the main strip area. For any first time visitors to Lake Havasu, this is about a 10min drive down to the beaches/London Bridge/Downtown area. It tends to get really busy along those areas so was super nice being tucked away. Lisa was prompt with answers and the house was very easy to find. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Our stay here was incredibly comfortable from the beds, pillows and living room seating, to the outdoor patio. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, patio, hot tub and grill to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking utensils, pots, pans and grilling utensils. The location was great, just a 10 minute drive to London Bridge, downtown and blocks to a large grocery store. Our host Lisa was very easy to work with and responsive to our few questions. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved our stay at Bryce and Lisa’s lovely home. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the back yard was a beautiful space to enjoy reading, sunning or just hanging out. The hot tub was very welcome after a long hike. The beds are extremely comfortable. Having access to the garage in the hot Arizona sun was much appreciated. We would definitely return and I highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay in this home! The bed was very comfortable and the pool and spa were amazing. The house was very nicely decorated and the use of the garage was great.
