Inside offers 1,700 sq ft, smart TVs with Netflix & premium cable, fast Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Exterior security cameras and first aid kit included. Ample boat/RV parking. Close to Body Beach, dining, bars, and boat launch. Family-friendly with private fenced backyard.

This home is stocked with the standard household products including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos. Our home is also equipped with carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, fire extinguisher. Enjoy top of the line bedding, linens, and pillows in every bedroom. Kitchen includes bowls, plates, pots/pans, mixer, blender, Keurig, and much more.

Hot tub probably needs to be serviced or replaced but the overall stay was clean and as expected. There's a few things in the rooms that could also be fixed i.e the glass sliding doors in one of the rooms completely fell off the hinges and none of the remotes worked for the TVs. Overall the house was clean and location was perfect!

Havasu fun trip

The host was great, responded to any issues. The house was set up very nice. Lots of games for the grandkids to play with nice relaxing pool with lots of water toys , and a putting green! I would definitely stay here again. The lake was about ten minutes away where I had my boat, and the stores are very close. Choice location !
