This home and host is by far our favorite rental! The host was very communicative, detailed oriented, checked in on us to make sure everything was Amazing! Anniversary trip

Absolutely outstanding environment, property and town to visit. Did alot of fun things driving distance to Laughlin and Oatman. Relaxed in the hot tub in the evening and the property manager was quick with response when we had questions Absolutely loved the place and experience i.

Sensational Stay & Sunset

We stayed at this property with our dog and a couple of friends. It was the perfect place to wake and ready ourselves for a long day at the lake. It was also the perfect location to relax and unwind while watching the sunset at the end of a long day on the lake. Also want to mention that the home is very clean, updated, well stocked, and user friendly.

Fun in Sun

We had an excellent time here. The home was very clean and had everything you need to cook. The property manager was very kind and easy to work with. She was very quick to respond and helpful. Would recommend to others going to this area. The dog park near by is very nice and wonderful locals to meet there as well.

Havasu Summer

Excellent communication with the host from booking through the end of our stay. The home appears to have been recently renovated and looked fantastic—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Two of the bedrooms featured king-sized beds, and the third had a queen. We especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view from the pool and jacuzzi. The air conditioning kept the home perfectly comfortable throughout our visit.

Relax to the Max

The house is spacious and easy to navigate. Very clean. The gem is the pool and spa. We swam and grilled and enjoyed the evening temperatures after a long hot day traveling and working. Good A/C inside. Ample parking and the host responds quickly to questions. All good!

Great place, needs some touch-ups

The view is great, the neighborhood is wonderful (safe and quiet) but I could have done without the dog hair all over the couches. The sinks and toilets werent cleaned before we checked in, and the pool surface is pulling up so theres pebbles all over (even with the pool vacuum going 24/7). But communication was good and we would definitely stay here again!

Crystal, we are glad you'd like to stay with us in the future! We agree the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is disconcerting that I never heard of these concerns during your 6 night stay. When I sent the morning after check in message ensuring a smooth arrival, you responded, "everything is great here. thank you!!" That would have been the ideal time to inform me of your interior concerns. I would have sent the cleaners back over immediately to correct that, if that was truly the case. Our cleaner has taken care of the home for 3 years and we've only ever received five stars for cleanliness. My apologies if this was a one off oversight. As far as the pool surface, we were recently made aware of its declining condition and have scheduled it to be resurfaced and will be fresh for summer. In the future, it is helpful to make the host aware of anything not aligning with your expectations so that they have a chance to make it better for your stay. Writing about it after you've left doesn't help the comfort of your stay or give the host an opportunity to improve it.

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

My husband and I wanted a quick little getaway with our kids. When I came across this listing I knew this was the spot! We were not disappointed! Not only was the location and the house amazing, the homeowners were also very friendly and accommodating. We ended up extending our stay for 2 days, they were helpful with modifying our stay (i'm not very tech savvy). I was very appericative to say the least. Overall I would give it a 12/10 review! We couldnt have been more pleased with our stay. Definitely, booking again in the future!
