Beautiful pool home!! 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths, 1575 sq/ft split floor plan. Best of all and an Incredible backyard oasis!!! Pebble Tech Pool/Spa, Beach Entry, Swim up/seated Granite Bar, Sunken BBQ Area covered by a Huge Palapa with seating, grill, & refrigerator. Desert landscape! Master and rear guest bedroom have sliding glass doors going to the pool area as well as the extra wide sliders opening up from living area to patio area that lends itself to a beautiful beach feel and a nice home breeze! This home has an open floor plan allowing you to see from kitchen to living area. There is a large pantry adjacent to the kitchen, a linen closet in the laundry room as well as room to fold and hang clothes. The back patio is covered and helps shade the home from the sun while allowing for plenty of natural lighting inside the home as well.

Quite hours are from 10pm-9am Sunday -Thursday and 12am-9am Friday and Saturday
We do have exterior security cameras. A Ring doorbell camera in the front, and 2 in the backyard; one by the pool/spa and one by the bbq area.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at River Oasis over Memorial Day Weekend to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. We had a wonderful stay! The home was warm and inviting and very clean. The host, Eddie, was easy to reach when we had questions about heating the hot tub. The best part of the stay was the pool and outdoor kitchen which we used to our full advantage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just about a 10 minute drive to London Bridge and shopping. I would stay here again.

True Oasis

All homes have beds and bathroom; they were great in this home as well. But when we go to Lake Havasu, we want to be outside. The backyard was mesmerizing. We spend 5 days swimming in the best pool in the city and a fantastic outdoor cooking set up. This in the one for people who want to be in the water.

Lovely Winter Getaway

Serene and Relaxing

Very nice! Well equipped with dishes, beach towels, and a cooler for excursions. The outdoor area was definately an Oasis which we enjoyed all day long in to the evening hours.

The house was as advertised. Clean, well-equipped etc. Pool was very nice. Between waterfalls, walk in ramp for little ones, swim-up bar, plenty of seats it was a huge hit! Owner was fantastic - responsive, accommodating etc.

5 star spot

This property stuck out for many reasons, most obvious being the amazing backyard! Exactly as described. We spent a great portion of our time grilling, swimming, and relaxing out back. As soon as you walk in the house smells brand new, very clean! Great Master bedroom huge walk in closet, two of three bedrooms have pool view and sliding glass door yard access. Huge living room with large couch that comfortably fit 5 as we watched NBA game. Pull out bed option in couch was awesome to have if needed. Slight deterioration of stone steps heading to grilling area but this isn’t uncommon in high temp desert conditions. Amazing light set up in Palapa, pool, & Jacuzzi. Very unique and well thought out set-up! Especially swim up bar top and submerged seating! Pool good depth, just under 6 ft. or so. Kitchen and laundry room great. Everything we needed. Only suggestions were full length mirror in master bedroom somewhere. Maybe in the walk-in closet. Two single beds instead of bunks would be much more preferable in third room and attract more bookings.this works for all ages. We were on the fence because we had 6 adults but the yard sold us and we dealt with it. Overall beautiful house and neighborhood. Will definitely book again! Eddie communicated very professionally and promptly when questions arose! Truly appreciate that. Great 4 night stay! ~Thanks

Family spring break

Perfect family getaway home

We went to Havasu from the Phoenix area for a few days to get away and for the boys to do some fishing. The house was perfect! The backyard was great with the built in BBQ and the pool/hot tub. We brought our Alexa speaker and recommend everyone does. The master bed was so comfortable…seriously, the best sleep I’ve had in years. Thanks, Eddie for sharing your little Havasu Oasis with us!
