Beautiful pool home!! 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths, 1575 sq/ft split floor plan. Best of all and an Incredible backyard oasis!!! Pebble Tech Pool/Spa, Beach Entry, Swim up/seated Granite Bar, Sunken BBQ Area covered by a Huge Palapa with seating, grill, & refrigerator. Desert landscape! Master and rear guest bedroom have sliding glass doors going to the pool area as well as the extra wide sliders opening up from living area to patio area that lends itself to a beautiful beach feel and a nice home breeze! This home has an open floor plan allowing you to see from kitchen to living area. There is a large pantry adjacent to the kitchen, a linen closet in the laundry room as well as room to fold and hang clothes. The back patio is covered and helps shade the home from the sun while allowing for plenty of natural lighting inside the home as well.

Quite hours are from 10pm-9am Sunday -Thursday and 12am-9am Friday and Saturday

We do have exterior security cameras. A Ring doorbell camera in the front, and 2 in the backyard; one by the pool/spa and one by the bbq area.

Wonderful!

Property is exactly as advertised! The backyard is beautiful and was one of the highlights of our stay! Owner was extremely easy to contact and more than willing to help with any questions we had. Will definitely stay again!

Quick getaway!

We booked a last minute trip for some relaxation and sunshine. Eddie was very accommodating and helpful with any questions. The pool and hot tub were amazing!

Amazing retreat

I cant say enough good about this home and the owners. Eddie was great to work with and so responsive. The home was ready early and he offered that we could get in early even without us asking. The pool and spa heated fast. Anytime we had questions he answered within 5 min. Thank you.
