Beautiful pool home!! 3 bedrooms and 2 Baths, 1575 sq/ft split floor plan. Best of all and an Incredible backyard oasis!!! Pebble Tech Pool/Spa, Beach Entry, Swim up/seated Granite Bar, Sunken BBQ Area covered by a Huge Palapa with seating, grill, & refrigerator. Desert landscape! Master and rear guest bedroom have sliding glass doors going to the pool area as well as the extra wide sliders opening up from living area to patio area that lends itself to a beautiful beach feel and a nice home breeze! This home has an open floor plan allowing you to see from kitchen to living area. There is a large pantry adjacent to the kitchen, a linen closet in the laundry room as well as room to fold and hang clothes. The back patio is covered and helps shade the home from the sun while allowing for plenty of natural lighting inside the home as well.

Pool/Spa are on a propane heater. Propane is billed at $3.50 per gallon.
Quite hours are from 10pm-9am Sunday -Thursday and 12am-9am Friday and Saturday
We do have exterior security cameras. A Ring doorbell camera in the front, and 2 in the backyard; one by the pool/spa and one by the bbq area.

The house was well stocked, pool was just as pictured, plenty of outdoor seating, and great grill area. Eddie was very easy to work with and helpful. We walked for coffee in the morning, to a food truck park one day, and the views were amazing as we did so. Our party was my husband, daughter, and my sister and the house was the perfect size for us.

Amazing Stay

We stayed at River Oasis over Memorial Day Weekend to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. We had a wonderful stay! The home was warm and inviting and very clean. The host, Eddie, was easy to reach when we had questions about heating the hot tub. The best part of the stay was the pool and outdoor kitchen which we used to our full advantage. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and just about a 10 minute drive to London Bridge and shopping. I would stay here again.

Family spring break

This house is nice and the back years pool is amazing. We heated it and we all enjoyed it day and night. Thank you Eddie for being a great host. We will definitely be back.
