Cherish a relaxing Arizona retreat at this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Lake Havasu City vacation rental house sleeping up to 12 guests! Create unforgettable memories while doing your favorite activities including swimming in a 32 ft pool, boating, fishing, and much more with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

-Enjoy a dip in a 32 ft pool, safe for all ages and perfect pool to hangout in since the deep end is in the middle it allows you to be on both sides of the pool comfortably!!! Heating the pool is an additional cost for guests for usage. Any questions please ask.
-NEW-Hot Tub is located on the patio to keep you as relaxed as possible on your vacation! Fits up to 4 adults! Hot tub heating is no charge to guests.

* Note- Security cameras are present around the outside of the property*
- Excellent convenient location close to Lake and shopping on a private lot - with room for 6 cars and a boat and/or RV parking. No garage access (please request as needed).

We love our home and sharing it with all of our guests, as animal lovers ourselves we understand it's important to travel with our furry friends. From your Lake Havasu City home-away-from-home, you’ll be 1.5 miles from Highway-95, offering access to all the local attractions. Visit the historic London Bridge about 1.5 miles from historical London Bridge.

You can't come to Lake Havasu without seeing the area's main tourist attraction, the original London Bridge. This early 19th-century landmark once spanned the river Thames in London but was transferred and reconstructed here in 1967. After snapping a few photos, grab dinner at a cool restaurant downtown or a drink at a local watering hole!

Milestone birthday weekend

The Widgeon retreat met all of our needs. We were in town for a family birthday and the house was conveniently located in town. Andy was easy to work with and checked in with us multiple times during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great cozy house, super pool

Plenty of space for us and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was excellent and we enjoyed it everyday. We only had one issue and it was taken care of immediately. We would recommend this house.

Great place!

Had a great time here! Great location- 5-15 Min to lake and shops. House is very nice, clean and lots of room. Loved all the games that were there. Had a couple of small issues, but the owner was very receptive and resolved everything immediately. Owner checked in every couple of days to make sure everything was going good! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great House

This home was very nice. The backyard was amazing. We did pay to heat the pool which was a little pricey, but worth it for the kids to be able to swim in Early March. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. Andy was great. I would recommend this house to any family looking for a getaway with a pool. The games they have there were also amazing, we had a lot of choices of things to do. Would rent again if we needed to stay in Lake Havasu again.

The house was perfect for our family! The amenities were spot on and they had items we didn’t think to bring like yard cup pong, bean bags, and a large Jenga. We spent so much time outside as a family. The house was clean and well maintained, the AC worked great. We decided to utilize the heated pool option mid-stay because our youngest was getting too cold to swim, and we are so happy we did! The response time and communication from Andy exceeded our expectations. He definitely made our stay seamless and we wouldn’t hesitate to book one of his properties again. Our kids are already asking if we can go back!

Best property manager ever!

Right when I requested to reserve Widgeon Retreat property manager sent me a message informing me about the property and expectations. Amazing communication, always keeping in touch seeing if we needed anything. He let us add an extra day to our rental with no issues. Property was clean and organized. Very well setup to host families. All games worked well. The pool was clean and the hot tub was well maintained. The linens were fresh and new. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. Neighbors were friendly and respectful. Overall absolute amazing property geared for families affordable and pleasant! I'm absolutely saving this property for future stays!

Family vacation

Needed a little more cleaning inside the house and also make sure all the air conditioners are working appropriately before a new guest. Besides that was good for our family and close enough to the lake. The games and entertainment for kids were great also pool very clean .

We just finished an amazing family vacation in Havasu where we stayed at the Widgeon house. The house has an awesome layout with tons of space that easily accommodated our family of 11. Each of the rooms are very nicely decorated and each room has its own very large closet. The pool, game room and hot tub were huge hits with the kids and the kitchen and family space allowed us to all be together for family game time and meals. The owner is super nice and helpful and he responds almost instantly to texts. We had a great vacation and cannot wait to stay here again.

Havasu getaway

The house is great and the fact that we were able to bring our dogs made it even better. There was alot of games , such as ping pong and air hockey and other games . The back yard was a great place to sit and relax. We had some problems with the electricity and the dishwasher but the property manager was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to label the switches so one would know what they go to. We would rent this house again.

Andy was an amazing host! Not only did he go out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect, he was a proactive communicator and made the process so simple! The property was perfect for our little getaway. My kids loved the pool, air hockey, and ping pong tables. Highly recommend!
