Second time staying here. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Master bed is comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. I sent owner email regarding a few items that need to be addressed for future guests. It has been over 72 hours and no response. We rented pontoon boats Saturday and Sunday!! Soooo much fun!!

We overall very much enjoyed the house! Very comfy beds and living area, and lots of space for our family. The pool was great loved the seating area outside. The kitchen had lots of supplies and space to put our food and snacks. However, we were very disappointed to see that the house no longer has darts, even though it was shown in the listing photos. The "4th bedroom" isn't really a bedroom since the sofa sleeper is in the living room. Also, the floors were a bit dirty, and the pipes in the bathroom would get a sewer smell from time to time.

This was the perfect place for our getaway. The owners were very nice and helpful when the pool vacuum fell apart. The only con is lots of the outlets don’t work even with the lights on.

Everything was great but they did not provide any cleaning supplies to use for cleaning up with during our 2 week visit. The bed was very comfortable.the outside pool and two patios were very nice.

This is a great home for a relaxing stay in Lake Havasu, quite and not to far for everything. Great recommendation by host. It was a little chilly for the pool during our stay but it looked like it would have been fun. If I visit again I will look for this rental to book again.

This home is close to so many amenities- grocery, highway, etc but far enough from them that the traffic from them weren’t a bother. We enjoyed the pool. We appreciated that there were a variety of options for outdoor seating. We loved having coffee on the back porch. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, spices, etc. (Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board.)Host was extremely responsive.
