Outdoor area was nice, however listing is not accurate. Pool was not heated, hot tub is an extra charge (also charge was more than listing stated). Listing had an entire photo of corn hole boards, which my family enjoys, they were not there. Outside table had a broken umbrella, we were unable to use. Multiple cameras in the pool area, did not feel private. Very minimal supplies included, we had to run to nearby store for basics (dishwasher soap, pizza pan, soaps, etc.). Master bedroom had a very rickety slat bed frame, you will wake a partner just moving. Host provides Hulu info, but account was no longer in service. House was in a good central location.

We travelled all the way from Wiltshire in the UK. With first time to Arizona, and booking with VRBO. The pictures on VRB looked amazing, so we decided to book. Well we weren't to be disappointed. There was 5 of us staying for 2 weeks. Its close enough to downtown Lake Havasu City to be handy for things, but far enough out not to be disturbed.The pool was great, and its very well equipped. The bedrooms were big, and well placed. The air-conditioning was also capable of cooling the place down quickly.Its safe, and light, with an outside bar with working fridge. Would certainly stay again, and the entire party agreed it was worth the money.We made trips out the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Palm Springs, flagstaff, and even whale watching in the pacific. It nice a central and has good transport links.

We had great stay at Desert Paradise. First trip to Havasu and will definitely stay here again when we return. Communication was excellent and the home was clean. Outdoor area was so inviting and entertaining. Best hot tub I have ever used. The lake view was excellent.

Wonderful Cozy pleasantly placed home with spectacular views and amenities. State of the art appliances was a welcoming touch and pleasure. Host readily available the few times we needed them also appreciated.

The house and pool was wonderful. Definitely needs furniture and house supplies upgrades. The bedding was not comfortable and very worn so it could use new mattresses and not the cheap ones. When people stay at Vrbo they want to be able to get a good nights sleep as well and that was not happening. The kitchen table and benches were great in size, however, they all needed to be tightened down. And some type of seat cushions for the benches.

The house was nice and clean, but the air conditioner does not work correctly. The temperature in the house never got below 79 degrees. The majority of the time it was around 86 degrees in the house. We contacted the host and she said that that's just the way it is in Havasu because it's so hot, we have family members that live in Havasu and their houses stay cool, so that was not a true statement. We had to go to Walmart and buy fans. It was very uncomfortable in the house. I would not recommend or rent this property again based on our experience.
