This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath, newly decorated house is centrally located in Lake Havasu for your stay and is perfect for vacationers, or business travelers, year round - fun on the lake in summer or access to all the best golf courses in fall and winter. Room to park 2 boat trailers or RVs, plenty of space inside to enjoy. The Lake and Downtown are within a 5-10 minute drive. Plenty of food and gas within 5 minutes. Keypad entry (Ring system) for your security, this is an outside camera which is connected to the front door bell. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ in the back, and high speed WiFi. Dogs considered, with a separate security deposit. If you do have a dog with you, please, in consideration of the next guests, make sure to pick up after your dog in the backyard, tools are in the yard for your convenience. Garage is unavailable to guests. Come and enjoy! The minimum nights which the property can be booked for is 2 nights.

We had a wonderful time in Lake Havasu City! Perfect weather and the accommodations were perfect!

This well maintained, well equipped house was in a perfect location for us. The owner was prompt to provide information during the booking, and was prompt to reply to our questions during our stay. It was on a quiet street and our dog was so happy it was "pet friendly." We definitely hope to be back!

The house was as advertised and a fine place for two nights. I don’t know that I would want to stay there longer though. The directions said not to change the temperature for the furnace/air conditioner, and it got very cold in the house at night. There weren’t any extra blankets to help with the coldness. The towels were a bit threadbare. Also no coffee at the house. None of it necessarily a big deal, but maybe would have been more of a problem on a longer stay.

Great location and value

This home is a great place to stay. The location is close to the bridge and its such a great value. Having stayed at one of the local hotels, i can tellyou this home is so, so much better! Itt was clean and large enought for our family.

Manager took care of us quickly and fairly. Parking was perfect with power to charge the bass boat. Good kitchen and nice home. Only thing we wished for was more tv's in the bedrooms. Will rent again if available.

Nice property but many issues with VRBO no communication prior didn’t have my sign in info. In the past i received messages about upcoming stay, nothing this time, had to call several times, very frustrating
