Lake Havasu Gem!! Family/friend/pet friendly.

This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath, newly decorated house is centrally located in Lake Havasu for your stay and is perfect for vacationers, or business travelers, year round - fun on the lake in summer or access to all the best golf courses in fall and winter. Room to park 2 boat trailers or RVs, plenty of space inside to enjoy. The Lake and Downtown are within a 5-10 minute drive. Plenty of food and gas within 5 minutes. Keypad entry (Ring system) for your security, this is an outside camera which is connected to the front door bell. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ in the back, and high speed WiFi. Netflix and cable TV provided in the main Living Room area. Dogs considered, with a separate security deposit. If you do have a dog with you, please, in consideration of the next guests, make sure to pick up after your dog in the backyard, tools are in the yard for your convenience. Garage is unavailable to guests. Come and enjoy! The minimum nights which the property can be booked for is 2 nights.

Please take out the trash to the bins located outside on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
