This is a super clean, ready to rent Lake Havasu house. Great for those travelers who want to relax and feel at home. Wifi and Dish tv available. Fully stocked kitchen, fire pit in the back yard, courtyard entry, mastersuit with a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and third bedroom with a full size bed. Rv parking with full hook ups, accessible two car garage with air conditioning and heating unit in a quiet neighborhood.

Minimum age to rent this home is 30 years or older. A copy of your Driver's license is required in order to allow access to the house. ID must match Reservation Name.

Absolutely no smoking on the premises. An additional fee of $500 and immediate eviction with no refund of rent if this rule is broken.

Great stay!

The property was very clean and well taken care of. I did have to contact the owner, but she replied quickly and was very attentive to my questions. I would be more then willing to stay at this property again the next time I travel to Lake Havasu City.

Lake Havasu stay!

Came to Lake Havasu for some relaxation. Wasnt disappointed. We loved the house we rented. Very clean and well supplied. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and always so gracious. Thank you Zurma! We will be hopefully staying again!

Awesome home!!!

We are so happy we found this house!! Great location, very quiet but not too far away from everything. The best part was when we arrived it was cool and the fans were already going. Much appreciated after a long drive. The house has everything you would need. Bel (owner) is super friendly and a great communicator. The house really felt like our home away from home. We will definitely be back!!!

Immaculate Comfort

Immaculate ! Very well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses etc. Comfy master bed - the only one used. Ample bedding and towels. Can't say enuf good things about this rental. The neighborhood felt safe with friendly neighbors. Definitely need a car. Highly recommend! The one downside was I had my two 7lb and 12lb hypoallergenic, nonshedding service dogs with me. I asked for the $100 pet fee to be refunded and Bel refused. I left the place in very very good order so was highly disappointed at not being refunded with them being service dogs.

Mother’s Day weekend

I took my family to lake havasu for the weekend and wanted to stay somewhere I could park our boat and have a kitchen to cook. This house was perfect for what we wanted. Only complaint was the master bed was a little hard for the wife. Overall the house was great!

One of the best places to stay.

Great house that was extremely clean. House in great shape and decorated with the Southwestern decor which was done tastefully. Nice location in quiet neighborhood with easy direction to downtown and the London Bridge. Truly enjoyed our stay. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Southwestern VRBO 3 Bedroom Treasure

This 3 bedroom is the cleanest home with tastefully Southwestern motif. It had everything we needed for our week stay, including games & magazines. The owner, Bel was quick to answer any questions . Property is quiet and a short 10 minute drive to dining, shopping, site seeing, ice cream, etc. You’ll love this awesome home …we did!

Hello! We are the Snawder family from southern California. This house was originally purchased by my mom and she, along with her family spent many memorable summers here. We also spent time at the house when the kids were young but now between travel baseball and club volleyball, we are running around like crazy and have decided to let someone else enjoy the house as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

We have redone absolutely everything to this house, new windows, new flooring, new AC unit, water softener system, you name it! We have also kept it super clean, as a matter of fact, its imaculate most of the time. We even have an exterminator spray the outside of the house every month to make sure it stays bug free. The garage even has a cooling and heating system.

What makes this property unique

This house is special because its sits away from Havasu center so the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but close enough for a night out on the town. Perfect for those who would like to rest and enjoy the lake.
