Charming, well appointed home, one level, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home ( 2 are suites). Open floor plan with living room, dining room, and kitchen. Off the dining room is small sitting area for reading. The backyard has outdoor Palapa with BBQ/bar, covered patio, beautiful pool with an 8 man Jacuzzi. Quiet neighborhood, centerally located, close to supermarkets, lake and downtown. Comfortably sleeps 6.

Cousin reunion

It was a nice house and yard! We did not get to use as much of the amenities (pool/jacuzzi) as we wanted because we were to busy! I would rent this property again for sure!

What a week.

Came to Havasu for #ReUKnight2023. During our stay we had a great place, at this house, to relax, hang out with the grandkids, and rejuvenate for other activities

Weekend Get Away

Got out of town with friends, (3 couples), and did absolutely nothing, ate good, floated in the pool, slept good, and worried about nothing. This home had all the necessities that you need, nice pool, enough kitchen items to use for making dinner, and comfortable to watch a movie!!!

Perfect Family Get Away!

Our family had a great time! Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom! We absolutely loved the pool and patio ☀️ Line of communication with the owner was great - answered any questions at all hours (we arrived late at night and we were first timers).

We love Lake Havasu and consider this to be our family home. We moved to Las Vegas to put our sons in a school that better fit their needs. I graduated university of south Florida , hubby Wright State and son West Point. You get son graduates next year.
