This was our second time staying here and it didn't disappoint. Mary is an amazing and thoughtful host. She is quick to respond to all communication. The amenities are exactly as stated. It was nice having garage access to keep our car cooler in the heat and a second fridge to use. We will definitely stay again.

Great house in Lake Havasu

this was our first time in Lake Havasu and this house was perfect for our family. In a great location and was easy to get around. The house was perfect to come back to after a day of checking out the area. We enjoyed the hot tub quite a bit. The owner was super nice and easy to work with. would stay here again.

Lots of Space

Luxurious vacation

This home had everything you can ask for and then some. The attention to detail of the amenities the owner provided made this home feel like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Being able to utilize the large garage was a huge plus.

Great Havasu experience

Place was nice. It was a little farther from the lake than where we normally are but it ended up being not an issue at all - maybe an extra 3 minute drive. The pool table was a hit with the teens and the place was as advertised. The hosts were very pleasant as well. We would stay here again.

Fantastic and Fun -- House and Host

Our family had a blast at the house. Very clean inside and outside, all bedrooms were big and well set up. Kitchen and family area allowed us to all be together while cooking or watching tv. Outdoor kitchen and pool and jacuzzi were all a big hit. Host is very friendly and helpful if anything is needed. Absolutely recommend both house and host!!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Great home in Lake Havasu

This was perfect for our family Birthday party. We all had a good time without once watching TV. Amazing sunset over the lake...hot air balloons finished off our wonderful stay. The house has it all and felt like home. Mary the owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Fabulous winter get-away!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and fresh-looking property! Very clean and nicely laid out when we arrived! Mary was so helpful to answer any and all questions we had. The backyard is a dream with the built-in bbq kitchen. We very much enjoyed this amenity. Loved the rec room with the pool table! The pool and spa are fabulous additions to the Arizona climate. The house was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked w every type of dish/pan we needed which was very helpful. The pool was clean and has so much room to relax in the shade or swim. The outside bbq grill was very nice and especially acccess to the 3rd bathroom from pool area. The beds were clean and comfy. The game room is where we spent lots of time playing Pool and listening to music. This house had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway, I would definitely book again.

Fun & Relaxing

This is a VERY nice home that is very well maintained. If you're looking for a place to plunk down for a lake visit OR passing through as we were, you can't go wrong with Mary's home. It is truly one of the most visually appealing homes in the area, has fun things to do throughout and we truly had a great relaxing and recharging time inside and outside the property. Communication was VERY timely and helpful. The home is well stocked. TVs could use an upgrade to SmartTVs or have a Roku or Chromecast added for streaming apps, otherwise it's a flawless stay for sure.

Following a visit to Lake Havasu City in June 2017, I felt an instant connection and knew that I wanted to invest in property here. The allure of the magnificent lake, the warm hospitality of the locals, the abundance of activities, and the quaint small-town atmosphere captivated me. Hailing from rural Colorado, where I reside with my family and grandchildren, I appreciate the tranquility of the countryside. However, the chilly winters of Colorado make Lake Havasu City the ideal winter retreat for us.

Being a host enables me to share my space and hospitality with others, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. It's a chance to connect with people, foster new friendships, cultivate settings for lasting memories, and contribute positively to the lives of others.
