I would recommend this location for those with a large family or group gathering where multiple rooms and beds are needed. The house was well appointed with kitchen equipment, bedding, beds, rooms and bathrooms which met our 3 family’s needs. My only comment would be that the house could use some updating as there were areas like the refrigerator freezer handle, blinds, and window treatments that could benefit from some care and attention. Other than that the pool worked well, the location was not far from the riviera launch ramp, there was great communication with the home owner and the ample parking (in the garage, driveway and street) allowed us to park multiple trucks, cars and our boat trailers without issue.

Great home for our family; spacious and comfortable for everyone. Jennifer was amazing, quick to respond, very accommodating, and even gave us a later checkout when we had boat issues. Highly recommend!

Lake Havasu family trip

This house was perfect for our two families!! The pool was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of pool towels and bath towels which was SO nice! We plan to make this a yearly trip and will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home

This home was very large and spacious, my teenage boys were so happy they got to sleep on the bed this time. Would definitely rent again I loved the fact that it was so close to the shopping center.

Softball Family End of All Stars Annual Trip

We are a group of 4 families who annually end summer with a trip to Havasu. This was out first time at this location and it was loves by all. Perfect location, set up and floorplan. It was nice to enjoy the pool the first night and later after a day on the lake.

We had a great time at this house. The view out back was great. However, the house was listed as a luxury home and from the pictures it looked like it. The pictures were not accurate. There were things listed that weren’t there and things that didn’t work. The home needs a lot of repairs inside and out. I sent a note to the manager and she said they would look at the things that need to be fixed.

Great vacation home in Havasu.

A group of 4 families took the trip to Havasu and this home worked out perfect for us. There was one day we just spent at home and lounging in the pool and playing cornhole was awesome. Great views and a sense of privacy. Not too far of a drive from the lake. Will stay again.

Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for all of us. Our sons and friends loved the backyard access to the open area to mountain bike and at night we turned off all the lights and watched the stars…simply breathtaking. Also 2 minutes drive to the grocery was a huge bonus…thank you for sharing our home, we made great memories:)
