Family Lake House Retreat

Bring the whole family to this wonderful home with lots of room for fun. This is a gorgeous completely remodeled home has brand new furnishings in its 4 bedroom 2 bath split floor plan layout. We are minutes from the boat launch, London Bridge resort, downtown restaurants, bars and shopping, or there is plenty to do right here at home. We have a sparkling inviting pool, a brand new putting green, competition size ping pong table, corn hole, horse shoes, a firepit, barbque, and lots of outdoor seating. We are dog friendly!

Great place!

We had a great time. We were here for a month and had absolutely no issues. Booked my stay already for next year. The house and yard were very well maintained. Enjoyed time setting by the pool.

Family Getaway

House is extremely beautiful! Great layout, big size rooms, fully equipped kitchen and the perfect backyard for family entertainment. London Bridge is only about 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend staying here.

The house was so clean with so much to do. There were games for inside and out. I would love to stay there again with a group of friends!

Home was clean and up-to-date. All the basic essentials were provided. The pool was a bit cold as others had mentioned. But otherwise was great. Ann was very responsive.

Perfect little getaway!

This house has everything we needed and more. There was plenty of room for our group of 8, plus our pup. It didn't feel crowded at all. The beds were comfortable, having the Keurig was an added bonus. The teens played a lot of ping pong. The pool was cool and very clean, a little cold for me, but the kids loved it. We would definately to stay here again! Ann, the host, was super responsive and friendly.

Great Family FUN House; close to marina

We had a wonderful time. There was some confusion with bringing our two dogs, but the owner and property manager honored the listing. (If you plan to bring a dog, let them know in advance which breed you have; insurance doesn’t cover all breeds.) The pool was perfect, the beds comfy, and we had all we needed. House is not well stocked so bring all the stuff you need for cooking. There’s also a Keurig, so if you’re a coffee drinker, bring K-Pods. Otherwise, it was a great trip and we are grateful for the family time we had in the home. The husband LOVED how close we were to the new marina.

First time in Arizona

Home is well decorated, kitchen could use a few things like measuring cup and spoons. Some spices and maybe flour and sugar. The pool is very nice but not heated,so for the people that travel to a warmer climate like us we were very disappointed ti find out people in Lake Havasu do not heat their pools, for the fee months it would require seans silly for the price we paid. The ping pong tsble is not usable, not assembled. All in all the house was nice.

The Lake house Retreat is very roomy, with 4 bedrooms we have plenty of room for 12 people. There is plenty to do if you are not out enjoying the lake. We have a lovely pool, corn hole, ping pong, a putting green and plenty of indoor board games. We are close to the launch ramps, London Bridge Resort, and downtown shopping and restaurants.
