We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We didn’t use the hot tub, but we really enjoyed the pool! It was a lot of fun. The house was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We're very happy on this place we stayed! Other than it was affordable, the house has everything we needed. The AC runs like it was brand new we forgot how hot it is till we went outside. We definitely coming back. I highly recommend this house!

Family Emergency

This place was perfect and reasonable on a very short term notice due to a family emergency. We would have loved it even more under different circumstances and if the weather was nicer. Will visit again

Havasu winter get away

Nice home and pool area is wonderful. I would read carefully through the property rules and maybe discuss any requests with manager prior to booking like turning on hot tub so warmed before arrival and adjusting home water temps in winter stays but overall a nice property and manager. We would stay again. Thanks Kay!

the beds weren't the best. pots and pans could have been better.Would have liked to have had a coffee pot instead of a kerig. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty.Dishwasher didn't seem to work very well.We had to wash everything by hand. There was avocados and food left in the cabinet.

No pool table or ping pong. New in boxes, we're not available for use. Pool table was the disappointment, we had planned a tournament. No coffeemaker or pods, we bought the next day. Parking good, beds ok. Like most rentals the mattresses on bunkers were not good quality. They never get that problem right at any rental I've been to. Good bbq and pool fine. Since I'm a contractor I noticed the roof over the pool table seating area the screws never hit the studs on most of it so the metal Flaps in the Wind hope they fix that tiles are breaking here and there they need to be reset in the lounge area around the pool a decent rental the house like I said good parking if the amenities were unboxed and working this would be a nice place to rent double check on that before you rent it because that was the downfall of it for us other than that good location 10 minutes to the river and all the amenities

This is a great house with all of the amenities you would need.

As stated in another review, the hot tub took an entire day to heat up. We rented this house because we knew the pool water would be too cold but planned on using the hot tub. Besides that, we really had no problems. Great rental

Trip to Lake Havasu

This property was perfect for me and my kids to enjoy our trip to Lake Havasu. Everyone got a comfortable bed, the hot tub and billiards table were a hit. The pool could have been warmer but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. Great location, clean and comfortable !
