Our stay at this property was great! Communication with the property manager was easy, and he was very responsive and accommodating! The house is very spacious, with plenty of towels / extra linens which is a nice plus. Beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area was great. No issues with the hot tub which is rare these days! Pickleball in the garage was fun!

We enjoyed our stay here; the home was spacious and clean. Hot tub was awesome. Heated pool would have been ideal, but it was a rainy time while we were there. The outdoor fire pit was not in working order, although we tried to see if it was fixable. I think it has done its service. We were only given one roll of paper towels for the kitchen for 4 days…but that did not affect our comfort overall. I would definitely stay here again! My pups were happy too!

Stayed here for 2 weeks, love the house! Pool / hotctub for the afternoons and a fire pit for the evenings. Garage is absolutely incredible, great for outdoor games while staying out of the sun. Lots of parking to keep cars out of the way. Will be staying here again!

As usual this property was everything and more! This is the ONLY place we stay in Lake Havasu and the accommodations are always top tier! From the pool/spa to the garage where we can pull in our boat and even the EXTREMELY COMFY beds...it all makes this the best place to stay in Havasu! We already booked our return trip for later this Summer!

Host was very responsive and accommodating! The private pool and hot tub with the nice big garage was amazing! The hot tub was dirty when we arrived but the host had it shining clean within a couple of hours! We are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Clean, comfy, and loaded with amenities! The garage is killer with tons of room. Hot tub and pool were awesome. Beds comfy and kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare your own meals. We had a great time!

Stayed here to meet up with friends. Brought a trailer with side by side and plenty of parking. Didn’t use pool because it was February, but hot tub was great. Took dogs with reasonable pet fee. Off main road, great experience, would stay again.

Great house in quiet neighborhood close to amenities

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home so much! It was perfect for my husband, myself and my in laws! It is close to the Windsor launch ramp and also to downtown Havasu and London Bridge. The pool and spa were such a great amenity to have on a day that is was too windy to go out on the lake. And the garage was perfect as it fit our boat and extended bed truck inside out of the elements. We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our Lake Havasu stay at this property. The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The back yard is wonderful! Access to the garage was a big plus. The pickle ball court and other games in the garage kept us entertained when the weather was too windy to be on the lake. The hot tube was quite new and worked very well. Dustin was very accommodating and quick to reply. We are already planning our next trip to stay at this property again!

Perfect for Families

Perfect! This home was perfect for our family of 7 to get away for the weekend. It has everything you need and more. It has 2 Murphy beds in the 3rd bedroom, if you need them, that was great for my grandkids to sleep in the same room with their parents. It was very clean and updated. The hot tub water was hot and ready to relax in. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

We went up to havasu for mine and my daughter’s birthday weekend. The house had plenty of space. The yard had a nice layout and the spa was warm. The garage is huge and has enough room for cars and the ping pong table and cot hole that were in there for guests to use. House was clean and well described. We would enjoy staying there again.

House was awesome! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was clean and very nice. Pool was good but to cool to swim in.(March) Patio was great for relaxing and enjoying the family. Comfortable home

We stayed here for 11 nights and enjoyed our stay. We got a lot of use out of the hot tub as the nights were cool. Good communication with owner. Responded quickly to questions asked. Comfortable beds. The only thing we missed were night stands by the beds so no place to put phones, books, remote, glasses etc.

I believe we were the first to stay at this property. Was excited about the amenities offered on the listing including a pool, large garage, ping pong table and darts. The property did not disappoint. Dustin was very engaged and contacted us the ensure our arrival was seamless. Location was centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores and the lake. Everything was perfect and will be back again soon.

This vacation with my kids was very nice thanks to this home. The house itself was clean, smelled amazing, and just so nice and cool on the crazy hot days. The garage was cooled too which was awesome as the car seat did not get scorching hot. The beds were so comfy! My boys each had their own room which helped with them building their own lego sets. All the necessities were provided from towels to spices and cookware. Beautiful home and yard. The boys loved the pool and hot tub. Thank you for sharing your home!

The home was well stocked with everything. The bed was super comfortable, and the pool was great!! The hot tub was dirty when we arrived but after contacting the host, he sent someone right over to clean it for us. The only downside was the garage is not air-conditioned and it was way too hot to play darts or ping pong. The huge garage was so nice for us to leave our boat and trailer hooked up to our truck during our stay. There were a few dust bunnies on the floors but that's understandable with a pet-friendly home. We would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

We were very pleased with this home! Everything was as seen. We had a few issues with the cleaning of the house, but the host got right on it and made it right. We had 3 teenagers with us, perfect rooms for them! The hot tub was amazing!! It was too cold for the pool, but we wanted to! The games were exactly what we needed. All of us played cornhole, ping pong, darts, pickle ball. Perfect for the teens. Plus we had our golden with us. I can't say enough about this place. The outdoor space is where a lot of us spent our time. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great stay

The house had everything we needed. The inside was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and all furniture was in good condition. The amenities were great for our family to enjoy swimming and games in the garage. We swept the floor, washed all towels, started the dishwasher and stripped the beds also starting a load of sheets before leaving. Threw out all trash and recycle items. The only thing I noticed that. Plus have been better was the garage floor seemed very dirty. We noticed a stack of red solo. UPS so it appeared someone prior to us had a little fun in the garage playing some beer pong and the spills are what made the floor dirty. We also found a petrified hotdog in one of the pots by the back sliding glass that someone had left prior to our visit and a cup on the fence full of cigarette butts. We did not touch those things as it was left uncleaned prior to our stay. Overall we enjoyed the home and ignored the small imperfections. I do clean up after myself as I’m generally OCD at home but I didn’t go on vacation to deep clean someone else’s mess. Would go back in cooler months Havasu is quite warm in the summer. Lol.
