PETS
>$25/night per pet
>2 pets max
>Extra charge if guest causes damages or cleaning crew needs to do a deeper clean

DEPOSIT
$250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (may ask for $500 during holidays)

BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.
