Bed comfort can definitely be a personal preference, and while we’ve had many guests comment on how comfortable they find them, we understand they may not be the right fit for everyone. That said, we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue to make improvements. Regarding toiletries, we do provide hand soap and other starter essentials, but we don’t currently advertise or guarantee items like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. We appreciate the suggestion and will take it into consideration as we look for ways to enhance the guest experience.
