One of the nicest properties we have stayed at. Clean, comfortable,and nice little details most hosts don’t think of. Comfortable beds, nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful backyard with pool and hot tub. Would stay here again if back in the area. 100% recommend staying here.

Excellent property, extreamly clean, host was very easy to work with. House was setup perfect and had everything we needed for our weekend. We will book this home again on our next trip to Havasu.

Comfortable well equipped home with everything you might need for a long weekend or a month The backyard is fabulous, the pool, the hot tub under cabana, the covered patio and a grille that works well Chairs, towels, pillows, and a drop screen to block the afternoon sun Convenient location close to a major grocery store and I personal really love a rental with a garage I’d stay here again

Beautiful home! Loved all the amenities from the soft clean beds, amazing shower in main bedroom, plenty of towels, lots of stuff in the kitchen, to the fabulous pool. Location wasn't too far from the bridge. I'd stay here again!

Great backyard, and I loved being a little out of the main strip area. For any first time visitors to Lake Havasu, this is about a 10min drive down to the beaches/London Bridge/Downtown area. It tends to get really busy along those areas so was super nice being tucked away. Lisa was prompt with answers and the house was very easy to find. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

We loved our stay at Bryce and Lisa’s lovely home. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the back yard was a beautiful space to enjoy reading, sunning or just hanging out. The hot tub was very welcome after a long hike. The beds are extremely comfortable. Having access to the garage in the hot Arizona sun was much appreciated. We would definitely return and I highly recommend this property.

Our stay here was incredibly comfortable from the beds, pillows and living room seating, to the outdoor patio. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, patio, hot tub and grill to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking utensils, pots, pans and grilling utensils. The location was great, just a 10 minute drive to London Bridge, downtown and blocks to a large grocery store. Our host Lisa was very easy to work with and responsive to our few questions. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

We loved our stay in this home! The bed was very comfortable and the pool and spa were amazing. The house was very nicely decorated and the use of the garage was great.
