This 17th and 18th-century residence was once the castle of the Lord of Mersuay and Bourguignon-lès-Conflans, Deyle Pierre Maignien de Mersuay. His great-great-granddaughter, Eugénie de Coucy, was born here in 1791. She was the second wife of Marshal Oudinot and Duchess of Reggio. Completely restored and tastefully decorated, it houses two adjoining gîtes, including this one, "La Demeure d'Eugénie" (Eugénie's Residence).

Bernard, the host, will gladly share historical anecdotes about the Duchess and Marshal Oudinot.
Sheets, towels, final cleaning, heating, electricity, and hot and cold water are included. Equipment for babies and young children is available (travel cot, high chair, changing table with integrated bathtub, and children's tableware). Beds are made upon arrival.
