This 17th and 18th-century residence was once the castle of the lord of Mersuay and Bourguignon-lès-Conflans, Deyle Pierre MAIGNIEN DE MERSUAY. His great-great-granddaughter, Eugénie de Coucy, was born here in 1791, the second wife of Marshal of the Empire Oudinot and Duchess of Reggio. Completely restored and tastefully decorated, it houses two adjoining gîtes, including this one, "La Demeure d'Eugénie."

Numerous cycling and hiking trails are nearby. This independent cottage, accessible from the interior courtyard of the main house bordering the main street, can accommodate twelve people on three floors.
