Remodeled inside and out, with stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms. Full cable TVs in every bedroom. Interior house painted, with new furniture and TVs. Each bedroom has been crafted with top quality furniture and bedding. Flat screen TVs in every room. Workspace kitchen table.
Living room has a 82” Samsung Smart TV. 500Mbps upgraded wifi speed. This is the highest speed available in the Terra Lago community. Most other rentals have bare minimum free 50-100Mbps speed.
New additions include EV Charger, large putting green, custom misting system, 350 feet of string lights in the backyard, massive 40-foot salt water pool and HUGE jacuzzi, built-in barbecue, gas fire pit, outdoor bar area.

Kitchen comes equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.
