Villa Schönblick Gohrisch vacation home, 1 A location with beautiful view

Our holiday house in Gohrisch is above Koenigstein in a unique location, with views of the mesas. In the resort offers all the characteristics of a spa, such as cafes and restaurants. In the neighboring Cunnersdorf You can relax in the forest pool, in bad weather you can visit the Tuscan spa in Bad Schandau, Königstein Fortress or the cultural cities of Dresden and Prague.
Our cottage is on the grounds of the Villa Schönblick, which we acquired in 2015, large garden with its own terrace with barbecue, brazier, eig. Carport, etc.
Our house has about 40 square meters WFL, and 1 living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and 1 cozy tiled stove for comfortable hours or cold days, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster 1 bathroom with shower and extra bath , Hairdryer, 1WC extra, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 largeterrace. You can have breakfast in the neighboring Hotel Margaretenhof for 10 euros per person. The house is only rented from April to October, as it is not connected to the central heating. For cold evenings, a cozy tiled stove is available. Wood and coal are included in the rental price.

Lage ist grundsätzlich gut. Problem ist nur, der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. Nach dem Regen ist es unmöglich auch nur halbwegs trocken zum Auto zu kommen. Gras kniehoch, Büsche am Weg nicht zurück geschnitten. In der gesamten FeWo ist die Beleuchtung kalt weiß, hat den Charm einer Bahnhofshalle, für 3 Betten gibt es nur 1 Nachttischlame, Steckdosen sind Mangelware, Geschirr und Gläser sind überall zusammen gesammelt.Toll ist die Einzellage im Garten, niemand der einen stört.

Guten Tag Christine, zu Ihrer Bewertung, wir haben einen 1500qm großen gepflegten Garten. Den Rasen mähen wir nicht jeden Tag, viell. deshalb kam es Ihnen hoch vor. Wir lassen auch immer ein Feld stehen für die Bienen. Das Haus ist modernisiert und mit vielen Steckdosen und Fußbodenheizung versehen. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir es bei 2 Steckdosen belassen, weil es ein Schlafraum ist. Die eine Nachttischlampe musste ausgewechselt werden und ist wieder da. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es helles Licht von der Decke und von den Tischleuchten gedimmtes. Manche Gäste wollen basteln, müssen tw. arbeiten, und benötigen dafür helles Licht. Das Geschirr ist ein komplettes Service. Wir und die anderen Gäste mögen unser schönes , modernes Haus in Toplage.

Super schöner Wanderurlaub

Der Ort ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der sächsischen Schweiz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert. Das Häuschen ist ideal für 1-2 Personen und es gibt alles was man braucht. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Klein aber fein und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hinter der Villa Schönblick ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet, sehr ruhig gelegen, komplett eingerichtet und man hat einen eigenen Carport auf dem Grundstück Frau Hütter ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die auch den ein oder anderen Tipp gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
