Perfect for families and snowbirds, the home is well-appointed with all the amenities and essentials to keep you comfortable and entertained for an extended stay. Enjoy the spacious, enclosed backyard and screened pool. Lounge on the furnished patio or fire up the gas grill for some poolside barbecue.

Inside, you'll find the home tastefully decorated with new furnishings and fixtures. The island kitchen comes well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you need to make at-home meals a breeze. Eat together inside or out on the patio - both tables offer seating for six. Three barstool seats are at the island counter. The large, flatscreen smart TV is perfect for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Bedrooms are on either side of the kitchen and living area. The primary bedroom nearest the kitchen is equipped with a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and private access to the pool deck. The full bathroom features twin sinks, a walk-in shower, and jetted tub. Across the house and to the back, two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. The front room is perfect for kids, with a twin bunk bed and additional twin trundle.

When it's time to explore, take advantage of the home's great access to beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Two adult-sized bikes are available for easy beach cruising! The popular, Barefoot Beach, is just a two-mile bike ride away.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
