Welcome to our Beachin' Getaway - Your home away from home for Fun in the Sun! This home is only minutes to Bonita and Barefoot Beach (walking/biking distance), world class restaurants, ice cream shops, golf courses, boat/watersport rentals, shopping and lots of entertainment options. All the conveniences such as groceries and gas stations are available within close proximity.

Our home is ideal for guests who are looking to be in the heart of Southwest Florida. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, on an oversized lot, giving you a large pool with built in sun shelf and Adirondack chairs for lounging in the pool. Step right outside the pool enclosure to your private, fenced in yard with a built in tiki bar featuring an outside tv, gas grill and fire pit with seating to enjoy the beautiful SWFL evenings. The lanai offers outdoor seating for dining options, Adirondack chairs as well as lounge chairs.

Once inside, the open concept living area makes the house great for entertaining large or small gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, pots and pans, baking sheets, coffee maker, and all other kitchen necessities. The kitchen flows into the dining room as well as the great room. When ready to relax for a bit, there are 5 smart tv's all with Roku.

The primary bedroom and second bedroom both feature king beds with comfy blankets. The primary bathroom has double sinks, tiled shower and a large walk in closet. The third bedroom has bunk beds and 2 built-in murphy beds are also available for additional sleeping.

There is a full-size washer and dryer and iron/ironing board on property. We offer beach towels, chairs and beach/pool toys. Garage is available for parking. Please inquire about pool heater availability.

We are located close to Tamiami Trail (41), Interstate 75, just south of Fort Myers and just North of Naples which is ideal to explore all around. RSW airport is only 20 minutes away. Within just a few miles of our home there are multiple beaches to chose from (Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Fort Myers Beach, Vanderbilt Beach)

Everything you need and more

The house was clean and spacious. Enough room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The back room with the bunks, murphy beds, couch and tv’s were amazing for the kids to have their space. Neighborhood was great. We walked every morning around the neighborhood and were only a few blocks away from family which made it even better. We were able to walk back and forth instead of drive. We even took walks to some surf shops, Royal Scoop and Melissa’s Sweets for ice cream at night. We were also very excited to have some yard space for the girls to bump a volleyball around during the day. Bonita Beach was packed so we switched gears and went to Vanderbilt which is close as well. It’s just a great location and an amazing neighborhood. We had a really great week with family and look forward to all doing it again.

Cape Coral Getaway

We actually stayed at the Cape Coral house due to booking issues. The house was beautiful and had lots of amenities. Our kids loved the pool and swam into the night. Good location. Cape Coral public beach was still closed when we were there so we drove to Bonita and Fort Meyers beaches. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice Property Close to Beaches

Nice property with lots of sleeping space for us and our 4 kids. Great backyard area with lots of seating and pool was great for the kids. Within close driving proximity to many different beaches along with restaurants and shopping. Beach chairs, towels and beach toys were provided which we really enjoyed. Sweet Melissa’s ice cream was nearby and a huge hit with the kids. Property owner was quick to respond.
