This well maintained 3500 sq. ft. Mediterranean home has 5BR/3BA, DEN with wireless high speed internet, spacious living room, 14 ft. cathedral ceiling, formal dining room, eat in kitchen, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter top, 42 in cherry wood cabinets and heated pool.

All rooms have overhead fans & lights, some rooms with cable flat screen TVs . House is equipped with WIFI and a separate work place.

Golf courses, tennis courts, fine dining, shopping malls are within 2 miles. Beach is about 4 miles away. Animal zoo, amusement and water parks are nearby.

We arrived Thursday evening to a well manicured lawn and clean nice neighborhood. The house was perfect! It was me and two buddies in town for a 4 day golf weekend. The house was ideal, it had 4 BR with beds and 3 BA. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. The pool and outside is perfect for relaxing in the sun and taking it easy. Great big screen TV in the family room was perfect for watching football and golf. We played 3 different courses and all 3 were within 15-30 minutes from the house. We had a couple questions when we arrived, called the owner GALLY and had our answer within 20 minutes!! No neighbor noise or problems, nice safe neighborhood, big spacious house with awesome master bedroom and bath! Great owner, great house, great location.
We will back next year Gally !! Thank you so much.

We stayed at this beautiful property over New Years. It is located on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. It is a well maintained and nicely decorated. It was comfortable and very spacious. Gally and his wife were a pleasure to work with. They even took the time to recommend places to eat and places to go. They live locally and are ready to assist in any way needed. Our family was looking for a quiet place to relax and we got exactly what we were looking for. The property is a short drive to the beach and downtown Naples. The pool was nice and big enough for our family to enjoy.

We had an excellent time on our Mother's Day retreat at this lovely home. The accommodations and location were perfect. We loved the Vanderbilt and Fort Myers beach since both places rented chairs and cabanas with food/drink close by. After a long day at the beach, shopping or just sight seeing, it was great to come home to a heated pool. Naples is a lovely area and downtown Naples at night is a treat. Thanks to Gally and Marilou for your warm hospitality We hope to visit again soon..Leta Rae...IL

Nice family getaway

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for all 9 adults and two toddlers. Very nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything! There were a few minor things that needed to be looked at, and the owner responded very quickly.

Family Vacation to Naples

Beautiful home that is accessible to everything that the Naples area offers. Loved the screened in pool and open living and dining area. Marilou (owner) had great communication from day 1 and gave us many tips and options on places to visit and dine in the local area. Great follow through from check in to check out.

Great place to stay!

We had a group of 9 traveling for vacation, and the house was a great place for all of us, ranging from age 11 and up. The kids loved the pool as did the adults whether swimming or just hanging out in the space. The kitchen was definitely fully stocked for a large group. The location was also great as far as availability of stores, restaurants, and beaches. The hosts were also wonderful at communicating and providing suggestions of things to do; they even stopped by and provided some goodies for our group. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this house!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family spent ten days in this beautiful Naples home in March and loved it. We arrived a couple of hours early and had no problem checking in. To our surprise, the pantry was stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, tissue boxes, dish detergent and dishwasher tablets. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils, as well as towels. The weather was perfect and we visited the nearby beaches almost everyday, making use of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and cooler. Our family of seven really enjoyed the pool and the grandkids loved the park and play ground at the end of the street. The host was amazing, she provided valuable information on nearby beaches and attractions. She kept in touch and immediately responded to any and all questions. We definitely recommend

The property was perfect for our needs. Nice and private area. Pool was also private. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Spacious great room and nice kitchen. Would definitely recommend for those that like less hustle and bustle. Could use a little more outdoor lighting in the front. All else was terrific.

Great stay for a family!

We stayed at the House on Mentor Drive for approximately 5 days for a family trip. All beds were full so we had quite a houseful of people! This house was perfect, it was just the right size, with plenty of room for everyone to move around, watch TV, swim in the pool, read or do whatever we wanted without getting in each other’s way. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils so we were able to cook whatever we wanted – and had plenty of room for several cooks in the kitchen! July in Florida is a bit on the muggy side, yet we had the pool to take a dip and it was really refreshing! In addition, the beach is literally 10-15 minutes away, so very close to the Gulf and downtown Naples! Gally and Mary Lou were fantastic hosts, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and very responsive! Thank you again for the wonderful stay, I highly recommend this house for adults, children and families. You won’t be let down.

A Note to Prospective Renters....

Our family rented this house for the 2015-16 holiday period. As many renters do, we relied on the comments posted by previous renters and the pictures provided by the owner. In this case, all of the comments were positive except for one and the pictures showed a fresh, new, uncluttered interior. I would like to share our observations after having rented the property. 1. The house itself is attractive and the yard and the pool are well maintained. 2. We did find a yellow (urine?) stain on one of the mattresses confirming Roseann's report. 3. We found that our family and guests who sat on the sofa did, as Roseann reported, sink terribly far. We found the reason to be that the springs were broken. 4. The biggest surprise, and irritation, for us was that one of the listed features was "a two car garage with own driveway." Yes, there was a two-car garage, but we could not park our cars in it as it was being used as storage space for tables, chairs, pictures, mattresses, linens, blinds and similar items from other rental properties. 5. When we signed the rental agreement, the property was described as having four flat-screen TVs and DVD players. When we arrived, there were only two flat-screen TVs and only one DVD player. The reference to four flat-screen TVs has since been removed from the listing. 6. The vertical blinds in the master bedroom and dinette areas did not swivel as the chains were broken. 7. The vertical blinds in the living room had 10 panels missing. 8. The windows on the double doors of the front entrance had two different window coverings, one being wooden horizontal blinds and the other being a wrinkled sheer panel with smudges. 9. There were eight burned out light bulbs, including the one below the surface of the water in the pool. 10. The temperature control unit was locked precluding us from changing the temperature to make the living area comfortable as outside conditions changed. 11. The pictures on the site were very dated. Room #3 and the pool deck pictures were misleading as they did not show what was actually there when we rented it, which we felt were lesser quality pieces than what the pictures portrayed. I have shared these observations with Gally and suggested that he address them for the benefit of future renters. If you find any of these to be a possible problem for you as a renter, then you might want to contact Gally to find out if the issue has been taken care of before signing.

Séjour exceptionnel à Naples

La maison était parfaite pour notre séjour. Nous étions 9 et nous avions assez d espace pour être très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée, nous avons pu cuisiner sans problème. La communication a été simple et efficace, nous avons été bien reçu. Nous recommandons la location, nous avons grandement apprécié nos vacances à Naples. Merci beaucoup à notre hôtesse:)

Very happy overall

House and layout were very good. My family and I had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. 2 problems. 1 was that we had problems with the TVs. Out of 3 tvs 1 in master bedroom worked, 1 in the livingroom we had multiple problems with reception and 1 in a smaller bedroom never worked. With kids they do look to watch TV. Also the pool solar cover was disintegrating and left little parts of the cover in the pool. The 1st 2 days we had to clean the pool before going in. We finally stopped putting the cover on at night. These problems didn't affect our enjoyment however I felt for the money we paid we could have been offered a small refund for the inconveniences. Mala did try to help with the tvs by contacting comcast. She was very nice and always called back. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay in Naples

We had a wonderful vacation in Naples. Malu, our host, was very responsive and helpful. We needed to check in early because of our flight times and Malu accommodated our request. A few minor issues arose and Malu quickly helped us with everything. The house was very clean, and our kids all loved swimming in the pool. The location was excellent for kids. It is on a dead end street with a playground at the end. We were about 10 minutes from the beach, and shopping was all within a 10 minute drive. We had so much fun, thanks Malu!!

Great stay in Naples

Our summer family trip was great staying at Malu’s place. We had 6 adults and 4 children (aged 5-10) and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Malu was very responsive with our minor concerns, she brought us mangos from her garden to enjoy, and she even let us check out a few hours late since our flights were later in the evening and it was raining. It’s a quick drive to the beach, and near restaurants and shopping. We even took a day trip to the Everglades and did a deep sea excursion. Great stay overall!

Had a pleasant stay!

The homeowner, Gally, is very helpful and kind! The kids loved the pool ! The house is on a culdesac so we enjoyed the community park and walk way. Stores and restaurants are close by so we were never lacking. Beach is just a short drive away. The house was comfortable and felt like a second home.

The property was nice and the general appre:ance was great.

The place looked great. However the bedding in all the rooms were dirty and it appeared they were never changed. My daughter washed all the bedding in the house where they slept. It has a great pool but its was unheated even the solar cover so the pool was cold Also the house thermostat was locked so.e you could not change the temperature and it got hot inside the home. We also had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies and garbage s My son had to put out the garbage container because it was full of trash from the last reservation. IIf I werw to rate this on the 5 star scale I would give it three stars or in a sacked to 10 to 1 iI would great this a rating of 5

Great house, but there are some issues

The layout of the house is great. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 plus my parents. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house is clean. There are some issues you should be aware of before you rent, though. The lanai is falling in. I'm not sure if this is hurricane damage or lack of upkeep, but there are several places where the screen was falling in or missing. The skimmers were also broken, or almost broken when we tried to skim the pool. While we were there, the pool heater was broken. We were refunded our pool heating fee, but that was after several days of asking the owner to look into the issue, and reporting what we were seeing/feeling. It was very frustrating, since he kept giving us excuses and telling us it was, in fact, working properly. My husband also got locked in the master bathroom on 2 separate occasions. The sliding door to the bathroom won't stay shut unless it's locked, but then it's impossible to open the door from inside the bathroom. Finally, the thermostat is behind a plastic box, so you are not allowed to adjust the temperature to your liking. When we first arrived, the weather was cool, but the thermostat was set to the air conditioner so the house was very chilly in the morning. If some of these things are fixed, it would be a fantastic place to rent. The location is also really good, but there are definitely things that need to be changed before I rent again.

Great stay/ great house

We had a great time staying at this property (Mar 10-17/ 21017) The owners: Gally and his wife were very helpful and accommodating, very nice hosts. A perfect house for our three generations

Our family had the best time at this house. It was spacious and supplied all we needed. The large pool was used and enjoyed by all . Gardenia bushes by the front door provided a lovely fragrance. There is a playground at the end of the street and the garage has chairs for the beech which is 3 miles away with umbrellas to rent. Gally and Mary Lou are gracious and willing to be helpful.

Best Rental Property

We stayed in this fabulous home with our large extended families. I'd say this is the best home that we've rented. It is very and everything is perfect! Nicely decorated with very comfortable furnitures. It is very spacious and has a nice lay out. It has well equipped kitchen, very well thought off, anything that you can think of. The added bonus is the spacious Lanai and the awesome pool. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, very convenient, close to the beach, groceries and restaurants and nice park. Our hosts Gally and his wife are very welcoming and accommodating, they stop by just say hello and check on us to make sure everything is okay. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely use this property again. Thanks again Gally! We really had a great time!
